Banks, Bill  Deliverance for Children & Teens @ http://www.goodnews.netministries.org - There is an evil spirit of anger which can be "rooted in the evil spirit of the fear of abandonment.  One does not need to fear an evil spirit.  God's Holy Spirit is always stronger. One can bind any evil spirit in the name of Jesus.  Ask oneself, "When did this anger 1st manifest?" Additionally there is an evil spirit of irrational fear.  Seemingly irrational anger originates at times in the womb due to a parent not wanting to be pregnant or originates at times in infancy due to such things as being isolated in an incubator/institution, etc.  Anger is a negative emotion which Jesus expressed at the temple's money changers.  Inappropriate anger expressed habitually without regard to others & without repentance is a clue that a spirit may have a foothold in one's life.

Branham, William - http://endtimemessage.info/SupernaturalBook-6.pdf - Chapter 86 Vision of Angels - Oct-Dec 1962 -
"Bill pulled a chair away from the table, sat down & lectured his son on why he should behave & obey his mother.
'I‘m sorry, daddy,' Joseph said, putting his arms around his father‘s neck & giving him a hug. 'Please don‘t spank me.' 'Oh, well, all right, Joe. I‘ll let it go this time, but don‘t do that again.' 'I won‘t, daddy. I promise.' Bill went to find Meda, so he could tell her Joseph had apologized. She had locked herself in their bedroom. Bill knocked on the door. She opened it & asked, 'Did you spank him?' When he told her why he had not, she snapped, 'He tells me that too; then he goes right back & does the same thing again. It‘s so frustrating.' 'Honey, since he repented like that, I couldn‘t spank him.'
'That‘s because you don‘t have to deal with him every day like I do. You‘re always gone.' She slammed the door in his face & locked it. 'I don‘t think she really meant that,' he thought, knowing what a gentle woman she was normally.
During the 20 years they had been married, Meda had never spoken an angry word to him before. Lately, she had seemed nervous. Since she was now 43, Bill wondered if her nervousness was due to hormonal changes from menopause.
Carrying his bucket outside, he filled it with soapy water & scrubbed the splattered bugs off of the front of his station wagon. While he was washing the hood, he heard Someone say, 'Tell Meda to read Numbers chapter 12.' He looked around. There was nobody in the yard except him. Thinking he must have imagined it, he returned to his task. Again he heard someone say, 'Tell her to read Numbers 12.' He paused & resumed washing the hood, but now his mind was alert to everything around him. A 3rd time he heard that voice repeat its command. It seemed to come out of the air, somewhere near a tree by his house. Leaving his washrag on the hood of his car, he went inside his house, picked up his Bible & read Numbers chapter 12. It told what happened to Miriam when she criticized Moses for marrying an Ethiopian woman. Her criticism of Moses so angered the Lord that He allowed Satan to inflict Miriam with leprosy. When Moses prayed for his sister, after 7 days the Lord healed her. Taking his Bible, Bill walked down the hall to his bedroom door. He could hear the whir of her sewing machine running. When he tried the doorknob, it was still locked. He knocked & called her name. 'What do you want?' she asked stiffly. 'Sweetheart, let me in. I have a Word from the Lord for you.'  He heard the door unlock. When he entered the room, she was sitting behind her sewing machine, adjusted the fabric under the needle. 'Meda, you know I love you; but God didn‘t like what you said to me. While I was washing the car, He told me to have you read Numbers chapter 12.' He handed her his Bible, & she read the chapter out loud. The strong language scared her. In fact it scared them both. She apologized profusely, & together they knelt & asked God to be mercif

Barbara Cawthorne Crafton in Let Us Bless the Lord, Year One @ http://www.spiritualityandpractice.com/practices/practices/view/21429 - "In praying about any controversy in your life, consider praying 1st for the one with whom you disagree.  Think about praying 1st for the one who infuriates you.  Pray for that person or group of people without an agenda of your own.  Don't pray that they might see the error of their ways and repent, or that God might give them all a walloping case of intestinal flu. Don't pray anything specific for them. You don't need to.  The madder you are about it, the more assiduously you should avoid any words at all in your prayer for your enemy. Leave the details to God. God doesn't need our suggestions anyway.  He is fully informed about our affairs. We don't need to tell God things. God knows.  Just name them before God. Picture them, if you can. Picture them in the hands of God, literally, if you have that kind of childish ability to imagine. Just lift them up to God for blessing, the same blessing for which you yourself long. You need do nothing beyond this in prayer.  Something interesting will happen if you do this: Your foe will become a human being to you. He will cease to be a cartoon of his offense.
You will come to understand that there is more to him than the part you despise. This is the beginning of healing.
There is more: Something happens in your foe when you pray as well.
Not something you can predict or control, but there is an ecology of prayer:
Change something, & everything changes, just a little. A lot, sometimes.
You have to be foolish enough & brave enough to take the counterintuitive step of praying with humility & without words for someone you can't stand. For those who can summon such foolishness & such courage, a miracle awaits Spend some time in the prayer for your enemy, in these days of high emotion & hot temper.
Have the courage to present your adversary to God & trust that God knows our hearts, all of our hearts, & that Christ is, as we have always maintained, the Lord of history.  Nothing can happen, in the church or in the world, that is beyond the mercy of God to heal.  Nothing is beyond the power of God to turn what happens in human affairs to possibility & good.

Daniel, Chad - https://www.amazon.com/Curse-Father-Tale-Life-After-ebook/dp/B07XJ8DZ1T excerpt - Having, spiritually in prayer, gone to the throne room in heaven, Chad confessed the sin of anger in his family tree on both sides, resulting in the deliverance of both himself & 20 year old son.  Chad became aware that iniquity can be inherited/transmitted from generation to generation, unless repented of as sin.  (Anger can be self-destructive resulting in suicide, which occurred in the case of Chad's dad.)

BILL: Bloodline iniquity is actually the generational transfer of self-will...
Iniquity was what infected the human bloodline from the garden of Eden, even up till today.
BILL: The iniquity is gone. When I got born again in 1977, that anger didn't leave me. Now, there were some sins that I was involved in that I got completely delivered of. I literally had a love affair with tobacco. I'd eat it, smoke it, chew it, you name it. I loved tobacco, supernaturally delivered from that. I was supernaturally delivered from alcohol. I was a borderline alcoholic at the point that I got born again at age 22, but the anger didn't leave me. It was just as strong after I got born again as just what it was before. My wife & I were married in 1982 & she became the brunt of my short trigger. The 1st 5 years of our marriage were not fun. I realized if I don't get a handle on this, I'm going to destroy my marriage. So, I cried out to God & asked him, you've got to help me with this.
Well, He began to teach me how to use my faith to control the anger, but I wasn't delivered from it. As long as I stayed strong in the word & strong in faith & didn't let up on it, I'd be able to catch myself & not let the anger run wild. But if I ever got lazy in (reading/delaring/obeying) God's word or tired, then that thing would take over again.
BILL: I found out about the Courts of Heaven...We can come boldly before the throne of grace. All of these things are spiritual dimensions that we've just, by faith, step over into because we're already there from the spiritual dimension. So, the Lord spoke to me 1 afternoon in the summer of 2017. He said, "I want you to bring that anger before My court." So, the Holy Spirit just very gently led me through just a simple prayer of repentance.  Tthis is essentially what I said, "Lord, I repent for the generational iniquity of anger that is in my bloodline. I don't know how it got installed in our bloodline. I don't know who committed the original sin of this anger, but I repent for it. I ask for the blood of Jesus to purge & cleanse me of this terrible habit of anger that's that I cannot control."  Maybe at the most 10-15 minutes, in just working with the Holy Spirit in what we call the Courts of Heaven. I sensed a change. It seemed like a pressure lifted from me. But about 2 weeks later, I had the opportunity to have dinner with my son, who at the same age of 2, he exhibited the same behavior (tantrum that I had at that same age).
SID: So, it's that bloodline iniquity that passed to Bill, & then from Bill to his son.
BILL: The Lord told me, "Tell Grant what you did with the anger in court." So I went through the whole story.  He was sitting there listening to it. After I got through, he said, "When did you do that, dad?" I said, "Oh, it was about 2 weeks ago." He went, "Well, that's interesting, because it was about 2 weeks ago that I quit waking up mad to the world."

Frankena, Martin http://www.martinfrankenaministries.com/insights_March2007.html "Ungodly anger – When we react, our emotions take control; we no longer search for a Godly solution, but look for payback or a way to retaliate, as a result bringing more harm than healing into the situation...If anger is not dealt with properly it can easily lead to bitterness & rebellion.  Rebellion manifests itself as opposition, defiance or continued disobedience to God or someone who is in a position of rightful authority...
(In Jesus' name,) 'Father, I acknowledge that I have let the sun go down on my anger & have thereby given the enemy a foothold...I confess this as sin. I ask you to forgive me & release me from this sin that has destroyed peace in my life & the life of others.  Heal me from the need to control others through anger, or allowing others to control me through their anger.  Teach me to be angry without sinning.  Teach me to use anger as a motivator to confront injustice & strengthen relationships. Amen.'"

At the time I was very angry with Jerry (for what, I no longer remember); actually I was stuck in my anger, not able to let go of it. Suddenly I felt my anger begin to dissipate, but I resisted letting it go.  I wanted to stay angry.  In that moment, I heard the Lord speak to me: “If you resist my grace now, you will not receive it again.
This got my attention.  I knew it was the Lord. Immediately I became willing to let go of the anger & allow God’s grace to flow into my heart again."

Anger management is best handled by an act of our will, when
1st we declare/decree TO you
anger deposited between one's soul layers, "Be LOOSED," in Jesus' name.
2nd "We invite you holy host to remove & replace anger with God's opposite."
3rd "Father God, we invite You to download Your holy/good Presence/life + love."
4th In Jesus' name we now BIND Your virtues to our soul."  "Trinity, we thank You."
Un-dealt with anger accumulates, with each outburst, as vice attracts more of same.
