While I was doing what we later called 'the neck thing' (TNT), I commanded all the muscles, ligaments, tendons, & vertebrae to go into place & the thin disc to be healed in the name of Jesus.  Then he himself rotated his head & shouted, "The pain is gone."
We did this for 4 years & also discovered the results were phenomenal for headaches as well.
