Raw Milk &/or Raw Honey - http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/is-cooking-honey-unhealthy/ 12/30/2015
"Calves...fed pasteurized rather than raw milk...end up sickly, underdeveloped & suffer from organ damage.
In some cases, the calves die before reaching adulthood.
This startling study by one farmer in Canada includes pictures and is very compelling."

"P.J. Chandler, a pioneer of natural & sustainable beekeeping...writes that bees fed heated honey perish (5).
This is likely due to the increase in HMF (hydroxy-methyl furfur-aldehyde) that occurs when honey is heated, as this chemical is toxic to bees."

"Rather than the Ayurvedic limit of 104°F/ 40°C, heating honey to 118°F/ 48°C or above is the point at which negative chemical changes begin to occur. Foods heated above this critical temperature, even if only for a very brief period, are said to be cooked, or more aptly put: dead." (Select A2 over A1 milk.)

Salvestrols http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/salud/salud_defeatcancer30.htm are the natural defense system in fruit and vegetables against fungal attacks & that's why you only find them in those species subject to fungus damage, like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackberries, cranberries, apples, pears, green vegetables (especially broccoli & cabbage family), artichokes, red & yellow peppers, avocados, watercress, asparagus & aubergines...
1.The chemical fungicide sprays used in modern farming kill fungus artificially.
This means the plants & crops do not have to trigger their own defense - salvestrols.
You only find them in any amount today in organically grown food

2. The most widely-used (commercial anti-) fungicides are very powerful blockers of CYP1B1.
If you eat enough chemically-produced food it wouldn't matter how many salvestrols you consumed they would not be activated into the cancer-destroying agent they are designed to be.
(Thus the natural anti-fungal self-defense/chemicals/properties of (live/raw) organic fruit are minimally existent in American stores today.)

Chickens are not vegetarian
my friends. (They love worms & bugs.)
In fact, feeding a free range chicken a vegetarian diet is a recipe for poor quality, low nutrition eggs & meat.
Not only that, this approach for feeding chickens is inhumane as the chickens will more likely suffer from parasites and ill health & probably live a shorter life than properly fed chickens.  Think Your Eggs are Fresh? Here’s how to Tell -

Autobiography/Biography

Rodales - http://www.rodales.com/story.html - "From the very beginning in 1942, Rodale has been about health, wellness, the environment & sustainability. We were sustainable before people used the word sustainable! In fact, Rodale, Inc. founder JI Rodale is considered the founder of the Organic Movement in America.
A transplanted New Yorker, he & his wife Anna bought a farm in Pennsylvania, started a publishing company & devoted their lives to making the world a healthier place. They lived the American Dream.
In 1942 JI launched Organic Farming and Gardening magazine, which started a food revolution we are still in the midst of. But JI & Anna weren't just concerned about food.  They wanted people to be healthier in general, so they launched Prevention magazine in 1950. They also published bestselling books that are still in print today, such as The Encyclopedia of Organic Gardening and The Complete Book of Composting.
In 1971, their son Robert Rodale added a focus on fitness, publishing Runner's World & Bicycling magazines. Robert built a velodrome (a bicycle racing track). He also started the longest running scientific study comparing organic farming to 'conventional' chemical farming at the non-profit Rodale Institute. Back when everyone said organic would never be a viable option for farmers, the Rodale Institute demonstrated that it could be.
Scientists & farmers from around the world took notice.
Today, thanks to the work at the Rodale Institute, we have the USDA Organic Certification program & similar certifications around the world so that you can trust that if a farmer says it's organic, it is truly organic.
But Robert Rodale also wasn't just concerned about food & farming, he was concerned about health, too, which is why he enabled the launch of Men's Health magazine and books like The Doctors Book of Home Remedies
. http://www.amazon.com/Doctors-Book-Remedies-Revised-Edition/dp/055358555X#reader_055358555X
Both of those brands were born in 1987 right before his untimely death in a car accident in Russia. Since then, Men's Health has become the largest men's magazine in the world, published in more than 40 countries."
