MIRACLEs

Miracles are often classified as instantaneous miraculous interventions by God, such as creating a missing eye.
A performance by God that would not normally be done by a doctor or nature.
Some people prefer to separate healings (so called remission of disease) from miracles (creative works of God) such as NEW eyes, legs, breasts, heart, etc.

2nd CORINTHIANS 11:9-11 KJVer To one (individual) is given by the (Holy) Spirit the word of wisdom, to another the word of knowledge, to another faith, to another the gifts of healing, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another diverse kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues; all these (are different) works, that 1 same (Holy) Spirit divides (distributes) to every (each) man severally (individually).

MATTHEW 7:20-22 NIV "By their fruit you will recognize them. Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven.
Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, in Your name drive out demons & perform many miracles?" Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from Me, you evildoers.'"
(Spiritual insight: ALWAYS test the spirits, because Satan can copy many of the miracles of the Holy Spirit, as did the magicians at the time of Moses. The glory must ALWAYS go to God & never to us.)

JOHN 06:02 KJV - They saw His miracles which He did on them that were diseased.
JOHN 10:25 NIV - The Miracles I (Jesus) do in My Father's Name.

MATTHEW 9:27-30 - Two BLIND men followed HIM, crying & saying, "You son of David, have mercy on us."
When HE had come into the house, the BLIND men came to HIM.
JESUS said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to HIM, "Yes, Lord."
Then HE touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith be it to you." Their eyes were opened.
MATTHEW 12:22 - Then was brought to HIM one possessed with a devil, BLIND & dumb.
HE healed him, so much that the BLIND and dumb man both spoke and saw.
MATTHEW 20:30-34 - Two BLIND men sitting by the way side heard that JESUS was passing by.
They cried out, "Have mercy on us, O LORD, YOU son of David."
JESUS stood still, called them & said, "What do you want?" They said, "LORD, open our eyes."
JESUS had compassion on them & touched their eyes. Immediately their eyes received sight & they followed HIM

MARK 8:22-25 - HE came to Bethsaida.
They brought a BLIND man to HIM & besought HIM to touch him.
HE took the BLIND man by the hand & led him out of the town.
When HE had spit on his eyes & put HIS hands on him, HE asked him if he saw anything.
He looked up & said, "I see men as trees, walking."
After that HE put HIS hands again upon his eyes & made him look up. He was restored & saw every man clearly.
(TPNT footnote says that the spittle of the 1st-born son was believed to have healing power.)
MARK 10:46-52 - HE went out of Jericho with HIS disciples and a great number of people.
BLIND Bartimaeus, son of Timaeus, sat by the highway begging. When he heard that is was JESUS of Nazareth, he began to cry out & say, "JESUS, Son of David, have mercy on me". JESUS stood still & commanded him to be called. They called the BLIND man, saying to him, "Be of good comfort; rise.
He calls you." He cast away his garment, rose, & came to JESUS. JESUS answered & said, "What do you want?" The BLIND man said to HIM, "LORD, I want to receive my sight".
JESUS said, "Go your way; your faith has made you whole".
Immediately, he received his sight & followed JESUS in the way.

JOHN 9:1 - As JESUS passed by, HE saw a man which was BLIND from his birth. HIS disciples asked HIM, saying, "Master, who did sin, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?" JESUS answered, "Neither has this man sinned, nor his parents; but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
I must work the works of HIM that sent ME, while it is day. The night comes, when no man can work.
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world." When HE has thus spoken, HE spat on the ground & made clay of the spittle. HE anointed the eyes of the BLIND man with the clay & said to him, "Go; wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, washed, & returned seeing.

MARK 7:37 TPNT - "He (Jesus Christ) even makes the deaf to hear & the mutes to speak."

1st KINGS 17:21-22 KJVer - He (Elijah) stretched himself upon the child 3 times (a form of artificial respiration), cried to the Lord & said, "O Lord my God.
I pray You, let this child's soul (life/spirit) come (back) into him again."
The Lord heard the voice of Elijah and the soul (spirit/life) of the child came into him again. He revived.

2nd KINGS 4:14-35 KJVer -
14He (Elisha) said, "What then is to be done for her?"
Gehazi answered, "Verily, she has no child & her husband is old."
15He said, "Call her." When he had called her, she stood in the door.
16He said, "About this season, according to the time of life, you shall embrace a son."
She said, "No, my lord, you man of God, do not lie to your handmaid."
17The woman conceived & bore a son at that season that Elisha had said to her, according to the time of life (gestation).
18When the child was grown, it fell on a day, that he went out to his father to the reapers.
19He said to his father, "My head. My head." He said to a lad, "Carry him to his mother."
20When he had taken him & brought him to his mother, he (the son) sat on her knees till noon & then died.
21She went up & laid him on the bed of the man of God, shut the door upon him, & went out.
22She called to her husband & said, "Send me, I pray you, 1 of the young men & 1 of the asses that I may run to the man of God and come (back) again."
23He said, "Why will you go to him today: It is neither the new moon nor the Sabbath."
She said, "It shall be well." Then she saddled an as & said, "
24She saddled an ass (donkey) & said to her servant, "Drive, go forward, slack not your riding for me, except I bid you."
25She went & came to the man of God at mount Carmel. It came to pass when the man of God saw her afar off, that he said to Gehazi his servant, "Behold yonder is that Shunammite.
26Run now, I pray you, to meet her. Say to her, 'Is it well with you? Is it well with the child?'"
She answered, "It is well."
27When she came to the man of God to the hill, she caught him by the feet; but Gehazi came near to thrust her away. The man of God said, "Let her alone, for her soul is vexed within her.
The Lord has hidden it from me & has not told me.
28Then she said, "Did I desire a son of my lord" Did I not say, "Do not deceive me?"
29Then he said to Gehazi, "Gird up your loins, take my staff in you hand, & go your way.
If you meet any man, salute him not. If any salute you, answer him not again.
Lay my staff upon the face of the child."
30The mother of the child said, "As the Lord lives & as your soul lives, I will not leave you."
He arose & followed her.
31Gehazi passed on before them & laid the staff upon the face of the child, but there was neither voice nor hearing. Wherefore he went again to meet him...saying, "The child is not awakened."
32When Elisha came into the house, behold, the child was laid upon his bed, dead.
33He went in therefore & shut the door upon them 2 & prayed to the Lord.
34He went up and lay upon the child, put his mouth upon his mouth, his eyes upon his eyes, his hands upon his hands, and he stretched himself upon the child (methods of artificial respiration); the flesh of the child waxed (became) warm. 35He returned, walked in the house to and fro, went up & stretched himself upon him.
The child sneezed 7 times & opened his eyes.
2nd KINGS 13:20-21 KJVer - Elisha died. They buried him. Bands of Moabites invaded the land at the coming in of the year. It came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men (marauders). They cast the (dead) man (corpse) into the sepulcher (tomb) of Elisha.
When the man was let down & touched the bones of Elisha, he revived (was resurrected) & stood up on his feet.

JONAH 1:17 KJVer - The Lord had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah.
Jonah was in the belly of the fish 3 days & 3 nights.
(See Matthew 12:40 Jesus was in the tomb 3 days + 3 nights.)
JONAH 2:2 KJVer - I cried by reason of my affliction to the Lord. He heard me.
Out of the belly of Hell (Sheol/the grave) I cried. He heard my voice.
JONAH 2:10 KJVer - The Lord spoke to the fish, which vomited out Jonah upon dry land.
JONAH 3:3 KJVer - Jonah AROSE and went to Nineveh, according to the Lord's word.

MATTHEW 27:50-53 KJVer - Jesus, when He had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost (his spirit/life unto God). Behold the veil of the temple was rent in half from the top to the bottom.
The earth did quake & the rock rent (split). After His resurrection (from the dead), graves were opened & many bodies (of the saints who slept) arose, came out of the graves, went into the holy city & appeared to many.

MARK 5:35 KJVer - While He yet spoke, there came from the ruler of the synagogue's house certain (men) who said, "Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Master any further?" As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, "Be not afraid. Only believe."
MARK 5:39-42 KJVer - When He was come in, He said to them, "Why (do) you make this ado (commotion) & weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleeps." They laughed Him to scorn. When He had put them all out, He took the father and mother of the damsel & those who were with Him, & entered in where the damsel was lying.
He took the damsel by the hand & said to her, "Talithacumi " (which is, being interpreted, "Damsel, I say to you, 'Arise'"). Immediately the damsel arose & walked. She was 12 years of age.
They were astonished with a great astonishment.

LUKE 7:11-17 KJVer - He went into a city called Nain. Many of His disciples went with Him & many others. When He came near the city gate, behold, there was a carried out a dead man, the only son of his mother, a widow. Many city people were with her. When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her & said to her, "Weep not." He came & touched the bier. They that bore him stood still.
He said, "Young man, I say to you, "Arise.'" He who was dead sat up & began to speak.
LUKE 8:49-50 - While (Jesus) was still speaking, someone came from the ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, "Your daughter is dead. Do not trouble the Teacher."
But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, "Do not be afraid; only believe & she will be made well.
(Spiritual insight: Greek translation of made well is sozo/saved/healed/delivered/resurrected from the dead.
Sozo or salvation is the provision of Jesus on the cross, 2000 years ago.)"

JOHN 20:11-17 KJVer - Mary stood outside at the sepulcher weeping. As she wept, she stooped down, looked into the sepulcher, saw 3 angels in white sitting (one at the head and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.) They said to her, "woman, why do you weep? She said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord and I do not know where they have laid Him." When she had thus spoken, she turned back & saw Jesus standing, but knew (understood/recognized) not that it was Him.
Jesus said to her, "Woman, why do you weep? Who do you seek?"
She, supposing Him to be the gardener, said to Him, "Sir, if you have borne Him away, tell me where you have laid Him and I will take Him away. Jesus said to her, "Mary." She turned & said to Him, Rabboni", which to to say, "Master." Jesus said to her, "TOUCH Me NOT, for I an NOT yet ascended to My father.
Go to My brethren & say to then that I ascend to My & your Father, My & your God."
LUKE 24:38-40 KJVer - (Later) He said to them (His disciples/followers/family), "Why are you troubled?
Why do thoughts (questions) arise in your hearts? Behold My hands & My feet, (& see/recognize) that it is I Myself. HANDLE me & see, for a SPIRIT has NOT flesh & bones, as you see I have."

JOHN 11:11-15 KJVer -
He said to them, "Our friend Lazarus sleeps; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep."
His disciples said, "Lord, if he sleeps, he shall do well (recover)." However, Jesus spoke of his death, but they thought that He had spoken of taking rest in sleep. Then Jesus said to them plainly, "Lazarus is dead.
I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to (for) the intent (purpose that) you may believe.
Nevertheless, let us go to him."
JOHN 11:17 KJVer - When Jesus came, He found that he had lain in the grave 4 days already.
JOHN 11:25 KJVer - Jesus said to her (Martha), "I am the resurrection & the life.
He who believes in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.
Whoever believes in Me shall live and never die. Do you believe this?"
JOHN 11:41-44 KJVer - They took away the stone from the place where the dead (body) was laid.
Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, "Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. I know that You hear Me always. Because of the people who stand by I say it (aloud), (so) that they may believe that You have sent Me."
When He had spoken thus, He cried with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth."
He who was dead came forth, bound hand & foot with grave clothes.
His face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus said to them, "Loose him & let him go."

ACTS 9:36-37 KJVer - At Joppa there was a certain disciples named Tabitha (who by interpretation is called Dorcas). This woman was full of good works and alms deeds which she did.
It came to pass in those days that she was sick and died. They washed & laid her in an upper chamber.
ACTS 9:40-42 KJVer - Peter put them all (the weepers) forth (away), knelt down, & prayed.
Turning himself to the body (he) said, "Tabitha, arise." She opened her eyes. When she saw Peter, she sat up.
ACTS 14:19-20 KJVer - Jews from Antioch & Iconium [who persuaded the people (against Paul) & stoned Paul] drew (took) him out of the city, supposing (thinking/assuming) he was dead. However (nonetheless), as the disciples stood round about him, he rose up (alive again) & came (back) into the city.
ACTS 20:9-10 KJVer - There sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, having fallen into a deep sleep. As Paul was long preaching, he sank down with sleep, fell down from the 3rd loft & was taken up dead.
Paul went down, fell on & embraced him. Paul said, "Trouble not yourselves, for his life is in him."
ACTS 20:12 KJVer - They brought the young man (back) alive & were greatly comforted.

1st CORINTHIANS 15:20 KJVer - Christ has risen from the dead & has become the 1st fruit (example/hope/template/model) of those who sleep (in death).
1st CORINTHIANS 15:22 KJVer In Adam all die (physically). In Christ shall all be made alive (spiritually).
1st CORINTHIANS 15:26 KJVer The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
1st CORINTHIANS 15:29 KJVer If the dead rise not at all, why are they then baptized for the dead?

1st CORINTHIANS 15:45 KJVer The 1st man Adam was made a living soul (corruptible human being/mind/person/psyche/heart). The last Adam (Jesus Christ) was made a living spirit (incorruptible Holy Spirit/breath/mind/heart).

1st THESSALONIANS 4:16-17 KJVer - The Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout (with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of God). The dead in Christ shall rise (up) 1st.
Then we who are alive & remain shall be caught up together with those in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So shall we ever be with the Lord. Comfort one another with these words.

REVELATION 20:4 KJVer - I saw the souls (spirits/lives) of those who were beheaded for their witness of Jesus & for the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast. They did not have the image or the mark of the beast on their foreheads or hands. They lived & reigned with Christ 1,000 years.

ACTS 3:2-8 KJVer - A certain man, LAME from his mother's womb, was carried (whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful) to ask alms of them that entered into the temple, who seeing Peer & John about to go into the temple asked an alms (gift/money). Peter (who was) with John fastening his eyes on him said, "Look at us. He gave heed to them, expecting to receive something from them. Peter said, "Silver & gold have I none, but such as I have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up & walk."
He took him by the right hand & lifted him up. Immediately his feet & ankle bones received strength.
He lept up, stood, walked, & entered with them into the temple, walking, leaping & praising God.

MATTHEW 8:2 or MARK 1:41 or LUKE 5:12 A man full of LEPROSY, seeing JESUS, fell on his face & sought HIM, saying, "LORD, if YOU will, YOU can make me clean.
HE put forth HIS hand & touched him, saying, "I will. Be clean." Immediately the leprosy departed from him.

You must continually help my unbelief." 25When Jesus saw that the crowd was running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit by saying to it, "Mute & deaf spirit, I command you.
You must come out from him at once & never again can you enter into him."
26It left after it cried out. The boy had many convulsions.
He became as dead, so that many of those said that he died.
27Jesus, when He took hold of his hand, raised him; he got up.
28When He entered the house, His disciples asked Him privately, "Why were we not able to cast it out?"
29He said to them, "This kind is in no way able to come out except in prayer (& fasting).

5/4/2013 TESTIMONY of BUNTY BUNCE : bunty@bis.com.sg - Bunty, "I was on my way back from a conference in Titusville, Florida with Kathie and a very unusual thing happened. I was sitting next to Kathie Walters, my friend, who was the speaker at this conference & suddenly I saw gold dust on my pants.
Next minute it was on the rest of my clothes.
Kathie laughed as she is used to moving in the supernatural & seeing supernatural manifestations.
We were driving home in Kathie's van. We stopped off at a MacDonalds. Kathie bought a coffee.
I picked up a small cup of water. I began to get thirsty & took a sip of water. It tasted strange. After a few sips I said to Kathie, 'I thought I asked for water, I've been given lemonade instead.' There was a strong taste in my mouth. Kathie took a sip & said, 'Bunty, it is pure water, there's absolutely no taste.' 20 minutes went by.
I decided to take another drink. I couldn't believe it tasted like STRAWBERRIES, 'Kathie, it's strawberry now.'
At this moment Kathie began to laugh again. She realized what was happening. God was changing the flavor of my drink every time I took a sip! For a long time I sat staring at my cup. I didn't want to drink from it, it was so strange to me! But, I was so thirsty, so I stepped out again and yes this time it was GRAPES! For the next hour and a half I cautiously took sips and up to 12 fruit flavors filled my mouth: Peach, Apples, Pears, blackberries, Rasperries etc. It was the longest drink of water I have ever had. Every so often I got Kathie to taste the water, but when she did it only tasted like water. As I drank these different flavors I slowly began to get full. My stomach felt like it had just had a meal. It was as if I had just eaten a plate of fresh fruit.
God had changed my water to fruit juice. When it got to my stomach it became fresh fruit & then produced a good work in my body. Hallelujah. When I woke up the next morning I thought about this experience.
When Jesus changed the water into wine, I believed it, now I REALLY believe it.
When He says we can drink any deadly thing it won't hurt us. I believed it, now I REALLY believe it.
As a missionary in some remote places that's important (Mk 16:18).
Oh may we taste & see that the Lord is good."

APOSTLE MALDONADO: The Lord spoke to me..."You've been seeing." He gave me a foretaste of those creative miracles. I saw a lot of creative miracles. I saw deliverance, the whole thing on the supernatural.
But in this time he said, "There's a portal open over your ministry...to impart to my people."
That's the key, because again, we're not talking about celebrity. We're talking about the people, any believer moving in the supernatural. So I saw the shift in it. I saw the shift. Whenever you see somebody that's missing a breast & the breast grew back; whenever you see flesh & bones growing, a kidney, it's powerful.
So I saw the shift, the amount & the creative in it...
APOSTLE MALDONADO: One of my churches in Argentina, 27,000 people in the stadium.
Suddenly the Spirit of God said, "You are to minister creative ministers." I just prayed like 2-3 minutes because the portal on my life...created the realm...of creative. So I just prayed. I said, "God, create miracles."
I released it. We documented. It took 15 minutes, 15 minutes.

THURMAN: The Lord spoke to me. I was preparing for a Sunday school lesson... He said, "Son, I want you to lay down your Southern Baptist information. I want you to start teaching just my Word in your church."
THURMAN: Everybody needs to know that you have to believe that everything works together for good & that God is in total control. So by being in total control, even though I lost my wife & my daughter, the 1st thing I did before that class of people is I got down on my knees & began to pray & worship the Lord.
I praised the Lord & worshiped probably for 20 minutes, 15-20 minutes. Then I got up, went home & got my son.
We walked over to Cook's Medical Center. They told us that my wife & daughter were already deceased, they were killed in the car wreck, & that my grand-daughter & other little girl were critical, critical & they probably are not going to make it, especially my grand-daughter.
THURMAN: When I got there, her head, 1st of all, was twice its size & blood was running out of her nose, her ears, her mouth, everywhere there was an opening in her body, eyes, there was blood running out. Her skull was crushed in five places. Her brain stem was completely severed. When they told me that I said, "Doc," I said, "does that mean the brain is just free floating in the head?" He said, "Yes." He said, "The eyes are jerked out of the brain. The brain stem is severed, skull is crushed." He said, "Every organ in her body is damaged."
He said, "Her right knee is crushed & her left leg is broken right below her knee & right above her ankle."
He said, "It's impossible for her to live, absolutely impossible."
THURMAN: The Word of God, John 15:7, and it says, it has a qualifier, it says, "If," now that's a big word, "If my words remain in you and if you remain in me then you can ask me anything you want to and I will do it for you." So I reminded the Lord, I said, "Lord, you know my heart better than anybody." I said, "Lord, you know I have served, loved, praised & worshiped you. You know I've spent hours every day in your Word. I know these promises belong to me. I'm your son." I began to quote the scriptures. I said, "Lord, I want her face to be healed. vI want her face to be made, put together. I don't want a scab to form. I don't want her to grow up with scars on her face. You said I could ask for anything, so I want her face to be beautiful and smooth with no scars. I want you to put her brain stem & skull back together, reconnect her eyes to her brain & then fix everything in her body." I said, "I'll not let a doctor do a single thing to her. I would totally trust you."
I did. Of course He began to heal her. (Another miracle regarding Warts:)
THURMAN: (The Parents) said, "Well our 11-year-old son here, we've taken him to doctors, they've burned warts off of him and his body is literally covered with warts." They said, "We even had a bunch of them burned off the back of his right hand and it just left 2 big rows of scars, but the warts came right back in him."
I looked at him. They brought him in. He sat down beside me. I looked over at him.
I said, "Gee, Philip," I said, "you got warts everywhere." He had warts in his forehead, eyebrows & eyelids.
He had warts in his nose. He had warts on his neck.
THURMAN: He didn't want nobody to see what he looked like. He hated himself.
So he even told me, you know, I said, "Son, you got more warts than anybody I ever saw in my life."
He said, "I hate myself." He said, "Everybody at schools calls me Warty." I said, "Well I understand, son."
I said, "There's something about God you got to know." I said, "God will let you take those scars to your grave. But if you come to him in faith," I said, "I guarantee He will take those warts & scars off of your body."
I said, "So we got to get in the Word." I said, "Now the 1st thing we got to do," I said, "We got to make sure that all of us are free of sin. Know that Jesus' blood has covered us & if there's any sin in our life, anything we've done wrong, we need to get rid of that."
I said, "One of the major sins I've come to realize, especially in the church today, is the sin of unbelief." I said, "We don't believe these wonderful promises." I got the mom & dad to repent of sin.
Then for at least a couple of hours, I started building this boy's faith. I built his faith on the Word of God.
After a couple of hours, I asked him the question, "Son, do you believe that the Jesus (that I'm talking about out of this Bible, with all the promises he made) can take these warts & scars off of your body?" Little Philip said, "Mr. Scrivner, after what I've heard you talk about in this book, I believe Jesus can do anything." I said, "Son, that's what Jesus can do." I said, "He can do anything. He even says He can do anything...Now then," I said, "I want us all to kneel here. I'm going to take this wonderful promise of Matthew 18:19, which again says, "Again, I (Jesus) tell you that if 2 of you on Earth agree about anything you ask Me for, it shall be done for you by My Father, which is in Heaven." So we knelt and everybody made sure they repented of all their sins, mom, dad & little Philip. Of course, like I say, Philip was 11. He had these warts since he was three. So 8 years he had them all over his body. Anyway, I told him, I said, "Now after Jesus heals you, I want you to know that when you go back to school this year, they're going to ask what happened. You're going to have to tell them that Jesus took these off you." I said, "You know, they ain't gonna believe you. They're gonna laugh at you, but you got to stand on the Word of God." Anyway, we prayed. Then I stood up & after we prayed and I stood up, I looked at the mother & she asked me a question. She said, "When are they going to come off?" I said, "Well that's the only thing God doesn't tell me is when." I said, "Now I guarantee you that if you'll stay in faith with me & don't get into any kind of sin or anything, unbelief," I said, "I guarantee you in a few days to a few weeks at best, Philip won't have a wart or a scar left on his body. I guarantee it." But I said, "I guarantee you something else.
When I walk out the door, there's going to be an enemy." I said, "He's going to come & put his hand on your shoulder & whisper in your ear, 'Now you don't think just because this old grey-headed guy come over & prayed over you that God is going do anything. Remember, the doctors, the doctors couldn't get them off.
They burned off & come right back & the scars are still there. So you don't think just because he prayed this is going to go away.'" I said, "But don't believe that lie. Don't believe that lie." I said, "Stand on the promises of God and I guarantee you Philip's warts will go away." Well the next morning, the mother goes in to check him & all the warts on his hands, fingernails & under his fingernails, on the backs of his hands, every wart on his hands were completely gone overnight. Now he still had lots of warts all over his body, but they were gone on his hands. 3 weeks later when I saw him in church for the 1st time, that little boy did not have a wart nowhere on his body. They were all gone.

SID: Carlie, tell me about your daughter Hannah.
CARLIE: Yeah. When our daughter Hannah was born she had an autoimmune disease called Eosinophilic Enteropathy. it basically means that her body couldn't take any protein and digest it.
CARLIE: It was horrible. She was 3 years old, but the size of a 9-month-old baby. Her growth was severely stunted. All of her hair fell out. She wasn't able to eat literally any food. She was allergic to absolutely everything. We had a feeding tube inserted directly, surgically into her stomach to pump her 23 hours a day with a synthetic formula. Not that it would cure her, but in the hope that it could prolong her life.
At 3 years old she was sent home to die with a week to live.
When Hannah was diagnosed, we thought, “We know that God can heal, but does He want to?”
We had a misconception about the character and nature of God. God is really good and only has good gifts.
His will for us is always healing. We didn't really have that foundation. We prayed for Hannah.
We were pastoring at the time.
We loved and were fanatic about God, but we really didn't understand the depths for which He loves us.
SID: A tape got into your hands.
CARLIE: We came across Andrew Wommack’s cassette tape. It was perfect timing…
We said, "Do you have anything at all that can encourage us? We need to get the Word in us."
She said, "Well, I've got this old drawer full of dusty tapes." She pulled this guy out.
We didn't know who he was. That was the 1st time that we really heard the gospel of power.
SID: The power of imagination came in because you saw something and held onto it tenaciously about your daughter. CARLIE: She was 3 years old laying in the hospital bed. Every day the doctors would come in with a horrible report, always negative. I just asked "Lord, I need to see what You're saying about Hannah.
I know it's your will now for her to be well, but I need to see it. Give me a vision, a picture on the inside."
The Lord was so gracious. He gave me 3 visions and 2 we've seen come to pass.
But right away I saw her about 4 years old, about six months in the future riding a little red tricycle.
SID: When she was given a death sentence of 2-3 days.
CARLIE: She was in a vegetative state at this point. The next picture was when she was 5 years old walking in a green school uniform through the school gates on her 1st day of school.
The 3rd one was Ashley my husband walking her down the aisle on her wedding day.
SID: You listened to this tape of Andrew Wommack, which builds your expectation.
Then you found out he was speaking near you, in England and you took her to the meeting & he prayed for her.
CARLIE: Yeah, it was totally a God set up. We found out that he was only in the UK 1 day & it happened to be the very next day. We got permission from the hospital to take Hannah out of the hospital & went straight to the conference. Andrew Wommack laid hands on and prayed for her. She was instantly healed.
SID: I have to ask you this, when you saw those pictures, did you tenaciously hold onto them or say, I hope?
CARLIE: I meditated on those. That's really what kept me going. We have to learn to develop spiritual sight, to learn to see by faith. We walk by faith and not by sight. Faith sees the unseen.
The imagination is so important. It's linked to hope and hope doesn't disappoint. Biblical hope doesn't disappoint. In fact, the word mind in the scriptures is also translated imagination.
We need to start seeing ourselves the way God sees us.
He sees us as the healer of the Lord. He sees us walking in health, wholeness, in His power & by His spirit.
When we start to agree with His picture on the inside of us, it's not going to be long before we start seeing (healing/wholeness) on the outside, because miracles start in the heart.

1. LEPROSY "was believed, was inflicted by G-d Himself. They called leprosy: 'The Finger of G-d'.
There were 3 incidents of leprosy afflicting Israelites in the Tenakh (Old Testament):
#1-The reluctant prophet, Moses, was given a leprous hand by G-d as a demonstration of G-d’s power.
G-d removed it. (Exodus 4:6)
#2-Miriam was afflicted with leprosy by G-d as punishment for speaking against Moses, G-d’s anointed.
Moses prayed and G-d removed it. (Numbers 12:14, 15)
#3-King Uzziah entered the Holy Place to unlawfully burn incense on the Golden Altar.
He was inflicted with leprosy by G-d. Uzziah died for this offense against G-d’s Temple. (2 Chronicles 26:18-21)
An incident involving Naaman (a Gentile) with leprosy is recorded in the Tenakh also.
G-d cleansed him through instructions given by G-d to the prophet Elisha.
Naaman went to the prophet because his Israelite slave told him that Elisha could tell him how he could be healed. Naaman’s faith brought him to Elisha
rather than his knowledge of the Almighty or the Laws of Israel (2 Kings 5:1-8).
This was a foreshadowing of the fact that Gentiles would come into the Kingdom of G-d by blind faith in the G-d of Israel rather than through knowledge of the L-rd or His Word.
There was no Biblical record of an Israelite ever having been cleansed of leprosy.
Lepers were condemned by G-d to live in shame outside the camp of Israel (Deut. 28:37).
G-d gave them instructions to follow, however, in case a leper was cleansed.
He had to bring a Guilt/Trespass Offering to the priest to make atonement for his defilement.
Because leprosy was inflicted by G-d, called “The Finger of G-d”.
The Jews believed that only G-d or His Messiah would be able to cleanse a leper.
2. DEAF AND DUMB SPIRITS -
"The Jews practiced exorcism (casting out demons) by a formula involving 3 steps:
#1-They spoke to the demon asking its name.
#2-The demon would reply using the voice of the possessed individual.
#3-The exorcist would then cast out the demon by its name.
Yeshua Himself used the Pharisee’s formula on one occasion when He asked the demons’ names in Mark 5:9 during the exorcism of the Gadarene demoniac. Yeshua referred to the exorcism practiced by the Pharisees when He said: If I drive out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your people drive them out? (Matthew 12:27)
The Jews could not cast out a deaf & dumb spirit because the demon could not identify itself through one who could not hear the command nor speak the answer. This led to the belief that when the Messiah came, He would demonstrate His Messiahship by casting out a deaf & dumb spirit."
3. BIRTH DEFECTS - "The Hebrew sages believed that birth defects were a punishment from G-d for the sins of a child or his ancestors. This belief was based upon two scriptures: He does not leave the guilty unpunished.
He punishes the children & their children for the sin of the fathers to the 3rd & 4th generation.
(Exodus 34:7b)
Who gave man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or mute? Who gives him sight or makes him blind?
Is it not I the L-rd? (Exodus 4:11) They, therefore, reasoned that since it was a punishment from G-d, only G-d (or His Messiah) could correct birth defects."
4. RAISING THE DEAD AFTER 3 DAYS (i.e. on the 4th day)
"In Jewish thought, a dead person’s spirit remained with his body for 3 days. The dead person could, they believed, be brought back to life within that time. After 3 days, however, corruption of the flesh set in.
Then, only G-d Himself could raise the dead person back to life. It was believed that when the Messiah would come, he would raise someone from the dead after 3 days (on the fourth day), after his spirit had left his body & corruption of the flesh had begun.
During that time, if anyone was ‘suspected’ of being the Messiah (if it was believed they may have performed a Messianic miracle), it was reported to the Sanhedrin for investigation.
An individual could not be declared the Messiah without its approval.
The Sanhedrin was the ruling body of elders that decided all religious & national issues for the Jewish people...
In His FINAL SIGN and proof of his Messiahship, Yeshua allowed His dear friend Lazarus to die from sickness even though it was within his power to heal him. In fact Yeshua waited to go to the home of Lazarus until it was the 4th day after his death. He told His disciples: This sickness will not end in death, No, it is for G-d’s glory so that G-d’s Son may be glorified through it. (John 11:4)
In performing this SIGN, it would force the Sanhedrin to declare Yeshua the Messiah.
Instead, the chief priests made plans to kill Yeshua (John 11:53) & Lazarus (John 12:10) whose resurrection from the dead was the final evidence of Yeshua’s Messiahship. They refused to bestow His rightful title:
Messiah, because they feared losing their high positions & power with the Roman government (John 11:48).
This sign actually pointed to His Own resurrection from the dead AFTER 3 days as He said would happen (Mark 8:31 & Matthew 12:4). In fact, it would seem the Pharisees understood the implications of His statement when they sought to secure His tomb so that the apostles would not 'steal' His body: Sir, we remember, while He was still alive, how that deceiver said, 'After 3 days I will rise. (Matthew 27:63)... When John the Baptist sent word to Yeshua asking if He were the ONE who was to come or should he expect another, Yeshua said this:
Go back & report to John what you have seen & heard: the blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised & the good news is preached to the poor. (Luke 7:22)Yeshua was telling John that His mission was accomplished. He had performed all the Messianic miracles:
birth defects cured (blind & lame), leprosy cleansed, deaf restored & the dead were raised to life, thus fulfilling the 4 blood sacrifices of the Old Covenant...
This (4th) final miracle of raising Lazarus from the dead (on the 4th day after corruption had begun) pointed to the PEACE OFFERING, symbolizing peace with G-d being restored to all mankind through Yeshua’s sacrifice.
It is interesting that all participated in this offering: G-d (fat, kidneys, etc.), the Priests (thigh & breast), the person who brought the offering & others who would share in the meal:
For G-d was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him & through Him to reconcile to Himself all things...by making peace through His blood shed on the cross. (Colossians 1:19-20)
I believe this (4th peace) offering pointed to the future infilling of the Holy Spirit made possible only through the death of Yeshua: The mystery which has been hidden from the past ages & generations, has now been manifested to His saints, to whom G-d willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ inside you, the hope of glory. (Col. 1:26, 27) Resurrection from the dead after 3 days [i.e. the 4th day], after corruption has set in, represents (both) our (present &/or future physical &/or) SPIRITUAL RESURRECTION" (allowing for present day healing &/or miracle resurrection from the dead.)

42One day a man from Baal-shalishah brought Elisha a sack of fresh corn & 20 individual loaves of barley bread made from the 1st grain of his harvest. Elisha told Gehazi to use it to feed the young prophets.
"What?" Gehazi exclaimed. "Feed 100 men with only this?"
But Elisha said, "Go ahead, for the Lord says there will be plenty for all, and some will even be let over!"
44Sure enough, there was, just as the Lord had said.

So I went up to my room and got on my face. I lay there for 26 hours, and then felt led to go over.
I kept trudging on in the snow & it was very cold, so cold that men were cutting solid ice 22" thick out of a pond.
I soon got tired, set the grips down & said, 'Lord, where am I going?'
'What’s that to thee? Follow thou Me.' was all I got in answer.
I said, 'Right,' picked up the grips & started on...I said again, 'O God, where am I going?' Again came the answer, 'What’s that to thee?' So on I trudged...and soon ran into it; but it proved to be a straw stack. A voice said, 'This is the place.' I said, 'All right,' threw off my coat, & went to pulling straw, at which I got nicely warmed up.
I pulled straw until I was back in the stack some 12 feet, about 3 feet from the ground, so as to be warm.
Then I packed the straw all out, took in my grips, put on my coat, used 1 of the grips for a pillow, dropped down on my back, & said, 'Well, praise God, I don’t reckon Jesus ever had much better than this & probably most of the time not nearly so good.' At that the straw stack was lighted up so that I saw the most beautiful sight I ever saw. It looked just like crystallized straw, nearly as large as my little finger, lying in all positions, crossing each other & forming a beautiful net work.
Well, I was frightened, as I feared that I had gotten a match lighted while pulling straw.
My fear was soon banished, for I threw up my hands & there were the cold, damp straws.
Oh, beloved, I will never be able, this side of Heaven, to draw a worthy picture of that scene & also of the dazzlings going on down in the soul. I have often thought that was a foretaste of what Heaven is going to be.
We are taught down here to view things according to (earthly) laws. The appearance of those straws did not allow the working of natural laws, as each was apart from the others, & they did not appear to touch one another. I have thought many times that is the trouble with us: We must see things down here as under the lights of natural laws, while God often breaks through the natural order of things completely setting the natural aside; hence we fail to get the real import of His designs. That experience in that cold straw stack has been a great help to me many & many a time, enabling me to accept things that before I would have rejected on philosophical grounds. While God works through natural laws very much, yet I have found that He has special lessons for us which go far beyond the natural laws.
I have learned that ruts are dangerous channels to travel in & God wants us so pliable that He can twist us up, or throw us here or yonder & that we will recognize His hand though in other garbs or along other lines than those in which similar incidents have appeared. There is no doubt but that God would give us wonderful revelations if He could get us in condition to receive them, I am well assured that the deeper lessons which God wants us to have are all in line of the apparently ridiculous. They are not on the public highway.
The casual traveler never sees them, for they are not on his route. ‘Tis on the unreasonable, out-of-the-ordinary route that these lessons are to be learned, generally routes similar to my getting into this straw stack.
I learned invaluable lessons from that. As I told this to dear Revelation John Fleming 1 time, he burst out crying, & said, 'Brother Bevington, I would have given hu$100.oo to see that straw stack when it was so luminously lit up.' Had I appealed to reason as I came up against that stack, I would have taken the ground that to go in there when the thermometer was registering below twenty would be altogether out of reason. Everything would have stood against such proceeding. I would have produced about this sort of an argument: God has set forth His laws and demands of us obedience, relative to taking care of our bodies. So I can’t accept this as the place where God wants me, as He has called me to preach, & He said that the laborer is worthy of his hire.
I am His child; &, Mr. Devil, I am not going to allow you to run me into such a place as this, on such extravagant lines, to bring on a tremendous cold and, probably, pneumonia which would more than likely cause a premature death. So I could quite logically have reasoned this all out; though had I done so, I would have lost 1 of the grandest lessons of my life. So we need to get where we will be willing to break all laws in order to get some of the private lessons the Lord has for us. Just those few words of acquiescence to His will, when I said, 'Well, I suppose Jesus never had a better bed than this,' gave me 1 of the grandest visions I have ever beheld.
Yes, those few words spoke volumes which have enabled me to store up great quantities of knowledge of His will relative to me."

"The story took place in a mountain village above the town of Hermosa, Mexico.
I was part of a group of would be missionaries that went on a mission trip from Melody-land Christian center.
It was in 1972 during the Jesus movement. It was following the charismatic clinic.
Guest speakers had been people like Mel Tare, Kathryn Kuhlman, Fred Price, Dr. Frost, James Spillman...
I had been healed in the Kathryn Kuhlman meeting & could hear out of my left ear for the first time in my life. My leg grew out in the Fred Price meeting. When I was forced to pray for sick people mainly because of the habit I wore as a sister people were getting slain in the spirit, even little kids.
That was completely new to me. Well anyway I came to realize that these were a lot of strange happenings...
I thought, 'Well the pastor is right, we can't get across (the village river).' but then the Lord got more deeply involved.
I audibly heard Him say, 'Come.' I was standing at the edge of the water, and being a person of so much (ha ha) faith I said, 'What are You going to do.? Are You going to part it like the Red Sea?' Again I heard Him say, 'COME'.
Now this was getting serious. 'Ok God, where is the BOAT? Even Noah got a boat.'
I did look around. Then I heard Him say, 'COME PETER.' Well that settled it.
I was overcome with the knowledge that I could do nothing else but obey.
I took off my shoes, hiked up my habit & stepped into the water. (Since then I have changed several habits. Ha.)
At 1st the water was not very deep, but suddenly I started to sink.
I said to the Lord (and I meant it from the bottom of my heart) 'Father whether I live or die I am coming.'
My feet immediately stepped up onto sand. Boy was I excited I was singing all the faith songs like, 'Jesus loves the little children' and 'A mighty fortress is our God.'
(Remember this was all new to me and God really is no respecter of persons.)
As I walked the huge things that were coming toward me were suddenly moved to the side. I was walking in a circle of calm water. Later I realized just what the scripture means when it says, 'He leads me beside the still waters; He restores my soul.' From behind me I could hear the group saying. 'What are you doing sister?
You are going to drown.' But I kept on walking. In the middle of the river there was a dirt mound.
I stepped up on it. I started to get back into the river when I heard 'NO.'
'Ok. God what is this all about? You get me to the middle and now You tell me no.'
I said, 'If You don't want me to cross here, then You have to show me because I will not take another step without You.' I felt actual physical hands go on my feet and turn then further down the dirt bar.
I walked about 10-15 feet & the hands turned me back to the river.
'Ok if you want me to cross here than you have to show me.' My feet were placed 1 after the other on the sand where the water did not go above my ankles. I made it to the other side in a state of undeniable joy.
I looked back across the river at the group standing there. I shouted to them, 'Come on, just walk where I walked.'"

Henry Wright, author of A More Excellent Way www.pleasantvalleychurch.org seems to distinguish between disease & defects, such as accidents, birth defects, and handicaps. He encourages miracles for defects, but prefers slow healing for disease, especially incurable disease. Why? He contends that most disease is the result of curses from our sin or the sin of our ancestors. One needs to recognize, repent, resist, rebuke & refuse any negative emotion, habit or sin that is causing the disease to keep it from returning. If an instantaneous miracle were to cure a sin based disease, then the disease might return at a later date & we would not know how to reject it. Thus a remission could occur for a time & then a disease, such as cancer, might return, harm or kill us.

They share a WONDERFUL miracle of a child, a twin, being rescued from the womb of a dead woman as she was being buried. This orphan child nursed off the animals' milk (goats & camels) to stay alive. God appeared to Richard, at about age 6 & revealed Jesus to him.
