incompatibility between Rh-negative mothers & their Rh-positive fetuses
might be a factor in causing schizophrenia. Her hypothesis was that the

development.

As I prayed,
the Lord told me (as He had also told
Ida May Hammond) NOT
to look up
any case studies on schizophrenia... 'Study
the genetics of schizophrenia,'
He said...
The research was so technical that I had trouble
deciphering it, so I sat down to review
it with my husband, Dee, a medical
doctor. 'Imagine the human genome as library,'
he said, explaining it in the
simplest of terms.
'The chromosome is a book in the library. The band on
each chromosome is a chapter in the book.
Each gene is a sentence, &
each
base pair is a letter.' I was getting the picture...
'The
chromosome affected in
schizophrenia is
22Q11,' he said.
"The
problem occurs where the protein is attached to the chromosome.
In this case it's a
gene
called
PRODH2.
This is
how the generational curse is passed down.
The iniquity damages the chromosome,
which is passed down in damaged form to the next
generation through the blood...We had to treat him in 3 distinct ways:
1st way was through
deliverance.
2nd thing he needed was
healing
of his
gene PRODH2 & the
chromosome 22Q11.
3rd, Grady needed
behavior modification to teach him new ways
to cope...
Unlike the way most schizophrenics are treated, we never tried to convince
Grady
that the voices in his head didn't exist. In fact, we believed that
they did exist.
Our team's biggest challenge was convincing Grady that these
(demonic) entities
were not his friends & that God's power was greater than theirs.
We used our authority to bind, muzzle & gag the (evil) spirits, & although they
never manifested themselves to us,
they spoke to Grady continually trying to sabotage the process. It
was important for us to know what they were telling him. When a strong-hold
was about to be broken, Grady would get very agitated & demanding.
'I have to
go to the bathroom. I have to go to the bathroom. I have to go to the
bath-room right now.'
We could hear his side of the conversation from the
bathroom. 'I know! I know.' he said. 'I'll just pretend.
It's all
right. We'll make sure they think that.' Grady came out of the bathroom & said,
'Okay…they‟re gone.
We're done. They're dead.' Each time, we would redirect
him back to the reality that they weren’t
gone & help him choose
again to be free. 'Grady, can you see that Michelle is not your friend?
She
is making your life miserable.' Grady‟s maturation level was very young so
we spoke simply & used hand gestures when we spoke. When he was carrying
on a conversation with
the demons we said slowly, 'Stop.
We're not listening
to tha. We're going to trust God.' We acted out each sentence. Eventually
when the voices spoke to him, Grady would say with hand gestures, Stop.
We're not listening to that. We're going to trust God.
After 15-20
minutes Grady would be ready for a break. As soon as we stopped working,
he would fall asleep.
While he slept, we prayed
the healing prayers for schizophrenia over
him.
We did this repeatedly so that the
prayers would be
imprinted on his spirit.
As a starting place for the deliverance, we used
the list of spiritual strongholds for
schizophrenia listed in the book Pigs in a Parlor
by Frank &
Ida Mae Hammond. In this book, Hammond
portrays schizophrenia as 2 hands, 1 with the
stronghold of
rejection
and the other with a stronghold of
rebellion. Each hand lists
the demonic branches that stem from those 2 roots, with paranoia as a type
of handcuff that ties to 2 hands together. We began by dealing with
rejection. When we'd finished with that, we were left with 1 angry,
rebellious teen. In working with children & teens, we always try to keep the
experience pleasant so that they never want to run from God or His people.
However, as anger erupted in Grady, we had to put up the same firm
boundaries that we do with our own teens. 'I'm done.' he'd say. '
I don‟t
want to do this.' 'Sit down,' we'd say. 'Now…this is what we need to do. We
need you to tell us if you really want to get free & be well. It's your
choice.' He really did want to be free so he'd settle down & get back to work until the demons
got him agitated again. 'Excuse me. Stop listening to that demon. That
behavior is not acceptable.'
We also made a point
to pour in
God's virtue in
every place where something was removed from him.
In addition to the spirits listed in
Pigs in a Parlor, we listened to
Grady to find out
what other specific things needed to be dealt with. For
instance, a few of the demonic entities we dealt with were the
microchip, the cop, Michael & Michelle.
At 1st we
did all the warfare on his
behalf, but as Grady got stronger, we put a demand on him.
'No, you
make him stop talking.' Eventually we could hear him in the bathroom saying,
'Shut up, in Jesus' name.
I don't want you.' As he took more control
over the demons, his attention span improved. We prayed prayers to heal the
trauma in his life.
We also prayed that God would bring him quickly up to
his chronological & maturational age.
By the end of our sessions on the 2nd day, we knew we'd done all we could
for Grady at that time.
There was no way his life would ever be the same,
but we weren't jumping up & down with joy because we knew Michelle wasn't
gone. This demon had convinced
Grady that she was his (invisible) friend.
Grady was
lonely enough that he wasn't ready
to give her up.
'You're ultimately going
to have to say goodbye to Michelle,'
we told him. But in the meantime, we
just had to trust God.
After Care
On the 3rd day the team taught Grady, his mother & her friend what it
would take
to keep his deliverance.
The key points that we taught his mother
were as follows :
You cannot ask for change & (subsequently) accept old behavior
You have to make a shift in your mind &
treat him differently
Don't accept his talking to demons
If it happens 100 times a day, deal with it 100 times a day
Expect
him to act like a healed person acts
Treat him as though he were a
normal young man, even if he
isn't acting like 1 yet
Pray over him & over his room daily
Plead the blood of Jesus over his mind even (especially) while he sleeps
Pray the 91st Psalm over him daily
Grady's mother was extremely motivated to see him set free & healed.
We
told her that the healing process would take time.
Until now it had been
okay for him to interact out loud with the demons
& ignore everyone in the
room, but it was no longer okay,
so the whole family would have to relate to
him in a different manner.
The main things we taught Grady were as follows :
You have to trust God to help you find your identity in Christ Jesus
Read the Bible like you've never read it before
Pray in your prayer language daily
Play praise and worship music
Never speak TO demons, unless it is to make them leave.
They will come back and lie to you. Don't believe them.
Don't watch television, movies, or listen to music that doesn't glorify
God.
Spend time each day listening to the Holy Spirit.
Put on the full armor of God daily.
Focus (refocus) on Jesus.
The last day we spent together was fun. They attended church with us
that night.
Grady sat through the entire service without a problem.
Afterwards, he went to dinner with a large group, including teens,
none of whom ever suspected that he had a problem...
But Michelle (the invisible demon friend) played on his emotions. Dawnetta (a prayer team member) had a
particular understanding of the power a 'friend' can have over a
lonely
person. Due to a trauma that happened in her life at age 2, rejection became
her 'friend.' It lied to her making her believe it was protecting her. It
wasn't until she was an adult that she was faced with the realization that
she had to choose between God & this child-hood chum. It was the hardest
decision she'd ever made, & she grieved over the loss of a friend, even a
bad 1. She relayed the story to Grady.
'Michelle says that she loves me & will take care of me.' 'You know that's a lie. She has never taken care
of you.'
'I can hear her crying.' Grady said. 'I'm sorry, but that is a
demon who is manipulating your emotions.
Emotions lie & you can't be led
by them.' 'But…'
'You've got a choice to make, Grady. What are you going to
do?'
'Goodbye, Michelle,' he said, 'You have to go.'
This time when Grady
flew home, he did not take any excess baggage.
Progress Report
In August of 2003, Grady started 10th grade with a para-professional in each
class.
Within 2 weeks she was dismissed from his physical education & art
classes.
Later she removed herself from his history class. Because he still struggled
with math & science, she continued to help him with those
subjects. As Grady improved over the past 2 years, his doctor gradually
weaned him off the medication until he was taking only a fraction of what
he'd previously taken...
Healing Prayer for Schizophrenia (edited) PRAY: (In Jesus' name,
blood & resurrection power)
Any structural (DNA) brain abnormalities that may have been passed
down through the generations or caused by a virus, be healed.
Any change or disturbance where the gene &
chromosome are linked together, or the wrong placement of the gene, which
may have been caused by a
retrovirus, be healed.
Any
mutated gene be healed
and restored whether it was passed down in a mutated
state or has suffered mutation
from a virus or any other reason.
Blood
(cells be cleaned &) line up with Jesus' blood
that heals & restores the DNA.
I come against any generational curse or sin that caused any gene
mutation that has been passed down.
Any genes that are not lined up as they
should be on the chromosomes, properly align.
Any genes that are attached to
Chromosome 22Q11 be healed & properly aligned.
Any changes or deletions in the makeup of
genes PRODH2
&
COMT protein that causes an inborn error of metabolism
that would cause schizophrenia be healed & restored to what God intended.
Any changes in these genes or how they attach to the chromosome, be
corrected & healed.
Any enzyme that is associated with, produced by, or
controlled by PRODH2 or
COMT be balanced &
brought into alignment with God's original plan.
Any deletions, abnormalities or lack of COMT gene that may
be caused by a gene mutation, be healed, created, adjusted,
&/or restored as needed. Whether any gene or chromosome it is passed down in a
mutated state
or if it suffered mutation from any chemical, be healed or recreated.
Any viral alterations or inherited generational disturbances in the gene makeup,
be reversed/healed/remedied/corrected.
Chromosomes 2, 10 & 22, be healed.
Any translocations
especially
involving chromosomes 10T11-15 to 22Q12 in the DNA
structure, be healed.
Each
base pair be healed & restored to its intended function.
Neurotransmitters, receptors & synapses, be healed/healthy/whole.
Dopamine and serotonin be in electrical magnetic balance & correct
levels to bring normal healthy healed function.

Neurotransmitters that are producing norepinephrine, dopamine & serotonin,
synchronize & regulate hormones to interact in a way that will
cause healing & health.
Any wrong pathway & brain wiring that is incorrect,
looped &/or destructive, be removed &/or remediated.
Any & all wrong or missing brain pathways, be healed/redesigned/created.

discovered that infants who possess a specific immune gene that too closely
resembles their mothers' are more
likely to develop schizophrenia later in
life.
Reported in October 2006 issue of the
American Journal of Human
Genetics.
Study suggests that the genetic match may increase fetal
susceptibility to schizophrenia, particularly in females.
HLA-B is one of a family of genes called the
human
leukocyte antigen (HLA) complex, which helps the immune system
distinguish the body's own proteins from those made by foreign invaders,
such as viruses & bacteria.
The developing fetus inherits 1 copy of the HLA-B gene from each parent.
"Our findings clearly suggest that schizophrenia risk rises, especially in
daughters,
when the child's HLA-B gene too closely matches its mother's."

WTF4, which hijacks
the reproduction process using a particularly
malicious maneuver:
They pass along to
their offspring a poison designed to
kill them...
When the WTF4 gene...reproduces, it poisons all of its
offspring, but to the offspring lucky enough to inherit the WTF4 gene, it
also passes along the ability to create an antidote to save itself.
By doing
this, the gene basically rigs the game to preserve its continued existence,
generation after generation...
Selfish genes are found throughout nature & have a lot of different ways
to rig the genetic game.
There are even some that use a
poison-&-antidote technique similar to the WTF4.
Typically, they work in teams,
with 1 gene creating the poison while another creates the antidote.
Wilkinson says that Zanders’ research is remarkable because it shows a
single gene doing both...
Selfish genes like the WTF4 might seem like a
good thing for an organism hoping to pass along its DNA, but their
selfishness doesn’t necessarily pay off for the organism in the long
run...because while selfish genes hijack the genetic lottery in their favor,
they also muck with natural selection.
'Genes are stuck together, & they
are kind of inherited in groups,' Zanders says.
'What can happen is that if
junk accumulates next to a selfish gene, it is transmitted along with the
selfish gene.' Researchers think this 'junk' might include genetic
predispositions to certain diseases that would normally get weeded out over
the generations. Instead, they get passed along, thanks to the shield of
protection provided by neighboring selfish genes. Some scientists are now
working to borrow selfish techniques & use
them in engineered DNA, hoping they can steer evolution to reduce
populations of, say, mosquitoes carrying Zika or other pests that we’d like
to get rid of...
'There’s a million different ways to cheat to get ahead, & we’re just
starting to
appreciate some of the strategies that selfish genes are
employing to do that,'
Zanders says. By learning how to be genetically selfish,
researchers may perversely give humans a competitive edge to help them stay
healthy.

ROBERT: According to Daniel 7, Verse 10, the Bible says that
(when) the Court (of Heaven) is seated, or comes to order, it's ready to
proceed in session. Books are opened. There are lots of books in
Heaven...all sorts.
But 1 of the main
books in Heaven are the books of destiny. We find in Psalms 139:16,
David said, "All my substance," which I believe is the DNA of who we
are, "was written in a book & all my days yet unfashioned, were all written down in a book before
time began,
(before conception)."
What people don't understand is that we have
to reach our Divine destiny for God's ultimate purpose to be done in the
earth...(individually +) as the body of Christ.

the land. The same prayer that had been prayed for 3 years was suddenly
answered. The difference was the legal right in the history of Israel to
resist rain was revoked through broken covenants. God could now
answer the prayer of His people because the legal right in the spirit realm
granting the devil power through a broken & dishonored covenant was now
removed.
If we are to see breakthrough, many times we must deal
with iniquity (history of sin) in our bloodlines.
The devil uses them as a
legal right to reduce us to less than what God desires...Understand the
nature of iniquity. The word “iniquity” in the Hebrew is the word 'avon,'
something perverted... twisted.
So iniquity in the bloodline twists God's
desires & purposes of God, a person's moral compass, desires from that which
is good to that which is evil. Iniquity isn’t just about a single sin, but
the twisting of nature.
This is why when we are born again, we receive a new
nature.
2nd Peter 1:4 tells us we have received the divine nature, or the
nature of God Himself.
It is God’s (character) excellence & glory...Paul
realized that even though these people were saved & born again,
issues in their bloodline were still affecting them...
They had to
deal with their bloodline issues so it didn’t continue to
twist & pervert who they were meant to be...
You can only deal with the knowledge you have.
I tell folks that when you
have dealt with everything you know, then use Colossians 2:14.
It says that
God made us alive with Jesus,
Having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which
was contrary to us. He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the
cross.
The 'handwriting of ordinance' refers to the legal grounds
which the devil is using to build a case against us.
After I have prayed
over everything I know & discern, I ask that Colossians 2:14 be applied to
my life.
I ask that every case against me, known or unknown, be
dismissed, based on what Jesus did for me on the cross. I have seen
great results simply taking this by faith &
executing it.
Here is a prayer that can be prayed (prior) to
(& during our) coming before the Courts of Heaven to cleanse our
bloodlines:
(Father God, Judge & King, in the name, blood &
resurrection power of Your Son, Jesus) as I come into Your Courts, I stand
before & thank You that what Jesus did for me on the cross now
speaks on my behalf before Your Courts.
I repent for my own
personal sins & transgressions, but I also bring the iniquity of my
bloodline to You.
I ask that any (unknown/hidden unforgiven) thing
the devil would legally accuse me of would now be revealed.
I bring my
bloodline to You through my father (name your father) & mother (name your
mother) all the way back to Adam & Eve. I ask that anything that the devil
could legally be bringing against me would be known.
I repent of all
iniquities I have discerned naturally.
(Deal with each issue separately.
Go through them 1 by 1, repenting of that which has twisted the bloodline & generations.)
I now ask for the blood of Jesus to speak for me & my bloodline.
I ask that any & every legal right
of the devil to use these things would now be revoked.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, so much for Your blood that speaks for me.
I
repent for any & all iniquities I discern in my bloodline through my
father & mother prophetically.
I ask that anything that needs to be
exposed in my bloodline would now be shown.
Anything the devil, as my legal
opponent, would bring against me.
[Be sensitive at this stage to anything you see, hear, or feel. Anything
that is discerned, whether you know about it naturally or not, repent of
it.]
I also, Lord, thank You for Colossians 2:14 that declares

HRVOJE:
Redeeming your
bloodline is about actually living in the
natural (body) what we are already in the spiritual
(born-again human spirit). Jesus did everything He could
for us to live a supernatural, blessed life, a life full
of peace, health & everything. Actually we don't see
that every time. When I travel the world, I see so many
people who really believe in God, but yet still struggle
in life...David said in Psalm 51, "I was brought forth
in iniquity & my mother conceived me in sin." Which
means even though he believed in God, there were
(troublesome) things in his life because of his
ancestors, that he had to deal with.
That's where he
said, "Wash me Lord."
HRVOJE: In the Bible
we actually see 3 tenses of salvation: past, proceeding
in the present & future.
When we receive Jesus into our
heart, we get saved (born-again). Everything Jesus did
belongs legally to us.
Every blessing, health, peace,
everything belongs to us, but that's salvation in the
past, which means our (human)
spirit got saved
meaning now eternity is secured for us. But
concerning our soul, that's a proceeding
(progressive) redemption, salvation
where/when we get
cleansed (washed from
curses/evil covenants). We believe in Jesus (as saviour
of our spirit man), but yet still we sometimes get sick,
angry, have issues with forgiveness & bitterness.
Which means there is still work to do for us in the
process of perfection
[regarding our soul (emotional &
physical health)].
HRVOJE: People sometimes
have addictions, which means that they try hard.
They
try to believe in God, but something is holding them
back.
HRVOJE:
Covenants are
actually the biggest issue in bloodline prayer. We have
came to understand that usually, like (inherited)
iniquity & (personal) sin, (consequences/curses can) go
to the 3rd & 4th generation.
In the Bible we see that
(without remedy/repentance) some of the covenants are
eternal...The Bible teaches us in Genesis 5 that Seth,
which is next in line after Adam, was made in the image
& likeness of (Eve &) Adam (initially created in God's
likeness).
This means everything what Adam had went
through, he (& his sins/iniquities/curses
from broken covenants) passed onto Seth, and Seth had to
deal with that (evil inheritance).
SID: So you're
saying that we could go all the way back (in prayer),
with each covenant, to Adam's sin &
(that) if there's some vestiges on us & we don't break
them, (then) there are repercussions.
HRVOJE: We are
bound, limited (by each evil uncancelled evil covenant
in operation against us & our bloodline).
So it's
not about salvation (of our human spirit).
It's about living the life Jesus proclaimed (spoke) over
us before we were born.
SID: If I'm understanding
(our human spirit is) instantly saved, but (our human
soul & body has) to work/walk out our (personal)
salvation + break the generational bloodline
curses (legally operating from curses & evil
covenants of which one is not aware or has not voided).
Explain the difference between forgiveness &
cleansing.
HRVOKE: God says in Jeremiah 33:8, "I
will cleanse
you from your iniquity AND I will
forgive you your
iniquity." There is a difference between
forgiveness & cleansing.
When we received
Jesus into our hearts, we were forgiven, but we
still need cleansing in a lot of (soul) areas of our
lives...Forgiveness from sin means that we are
pardoned of everything (personal sin) from the past,
even unto Adam, but
cleansing means
that every (evil curse/COVENANT/ consequence or) effect
(of inherited &/or personal) sin had on our life is
taken away (even unto Adam & Eve), so we can live in
freedom, health, joy & blessing.
HRVOJE: It's not
that I pray every day my bloodline. But
when I see that things which
legally belong to us, what Jesus did on the cross, and I
don't receive it through prayer, through intercession, I
know there are things the enemy is holding against me
before God, the righteous judge. So I know there is
something in (affecting/ infecting) my bloodline.
There
are 3 categories of sin: the Adamic original sin,
personal sin & inherited sin from our forefathers, what
the enemy uses against us so we don't live in freedom & blessing.
When something is not
breaking through, I know there is something in my
bloodline.
I go present my (personal & family tree)
bloodline (on both sides) before God & say, "God,
through the blood of Jesus Christ, I pray not just for
forgiveness but (also) for cleansing." I see
immediate answers.
HRVOJE: The Bible says
that we have been crucified with Christ, which means we
are already dead.
Jesus did it all. Now it's up to
us to apply, live, & be free of it.
HRVOJE: Before I
pray, I want to ask (readers) to lay down our lives
(come into COVENANT with &/or rededicate oneself to the
Trinity).
Say,
"God, it doesn't matter
how much You bless me/us. I/we want to serve You.
I/we want to be faithful to you. I/we want to stay in
the fear of You God, so that everything which comes into
my/our hands, I/we use according Your will, Lord God,
for Your kindom purposes."

saw Mary's DNA (egg) & the Holy Spirit's DNA (sperm).
I saw them intertwine & become 1,
creating Jesus (fetus) in her womb, fully God & fully man. (FLESH)
Then the vision shifted to me. I saw myself
at salvation. (Born Again
SOUL)
I
saw the Holy Spirit over-shadow & fill me. My body became the temple (womb) of
the Holy Spirit.
I also saw my spirit man's DNA & the Holy

Responsible scientists insist that the genome editing
of human embryos presents unacceptable risks, if only
because it can bring about subtle, but still
deleterious, off target effects.
One wonders what
these scientists would say if they learned that gene
editing could wreak harms that were anything but subtle,
harms as catastrophic as the loss of an entire
chromosome. Such large-scale damage was found in a study
that analyzed human embryos that had been edited with
CRISPR-Cas9. The study, from Columbia University Irving
Medical Center, showed that applying CRISPR-Cas9 to
repair a blindness-causing gene early in the development
of a human embryo often eliminates an entire chromosome
or a large section of it. Details of this work appeared
recently in the journal Cell, in an article titled,
Allele Specific Chromosome

frameshift mutation causing blindness,” the article’s
authors wrote. “We show that the most common repair
outcome is microhomology-mediated end joining, which
[leads to] embryos with non-mosaic restoration of the
reading frame. Notably, about half of the breaks remain
unrepaired, resulting in an undetectable paternal allele
&, after mitosis, loss of 1 or both chromosomal arms.”
Besides observing that on-target cleavage may result in
unrepaired DSBs that persist through mitosis & result in
chromosome loss, the Columbia scientists also saw that
Cas9 off-target cleavage may result in chromosomal
losses & hemizygous indels because of cleavage of both

for clinical use to correct mutations at this stage of

the department of pediatrics at Columbia University.
The 1st use of CRISPR in human embryos was reported in
2015. Just a few years later, in 2018, He Jiankui
claimed to have performed the procedure in a pair of
twins (

scientists & government officials worldwide (

human embryos using CRISPR. This study, however, may
have been misinterpreted. According to the new study by

instead of being corrected, the chromosome carrying the
heart disease–causing mutation may have been lost
altogether.
“If our results had been known 2 years ago,
I doubt that anyone would have gone ahead with an
attempt to use CRISPR to edit a gene in a human embryo
in the clinic,” Egli asserted. “Our hope is that these
cautionary findings should discourage premature clinical
application of this important technology, but can also
guide responsible research to achieve its ultimate safe
& effective use.” “We know from previous studies in
differentiated human cells & in mice that a break in the
DNA results in mostly 2 outcomes: precise repair or
small local changes,” added Michael Zuccaro, a PhD
candidate at Columbia University Vagelos College of
Physicians & Surgeons & co-lead author of the paper. “At
the EYS gene, these changes can yield a functional gene,
though it is not a perfect repair.” When Zuccaro, Egli,
& their colleagues looked at the entire genomes of the
modified embryos in this study, they identified another
outcome. “We learned,” said Zuccar, “that in human
embryonic cells, a single break in the DNA can result in
a 3rd outcome, the loss of an entire chromosome or
sometimes a large segment of that chromosome, & this
loss of the chromosome is very frequent.” Egli &
colleagues noted that their findings “reveal significant
challenges for mutation correction in human embryos.”
“Our results,” they concluded, “serve as a
cautionary note for the use of induced DSBs in editing
the genome for clinical use. Chromosomal material might
be lost because of on target & off-target activity of
Cas9 & result in aneuploidy & developmental
abnormalities. Upon further investigation, alternatives
that do not require a DSB for mutation correction, such
as base or prime editing, might be preferable to
precisely correct mutations in the germline.”
