SCRIPTURE

Matthew 3:10 NKJV    Even now the ax is laid to the root of the trees.  Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

Matthew 3:11 KJV    "I (John the Baptizer) indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear; He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire."

Chapter 17 - What will it cost me to buy the truth?  "I see the Word of God (Jesus) is likened to fire.  And I believe that the Word of God will try every man.  Once I have come through the fire, the fire has left ash and gold.  Ash can't be burned; gold can't be burned.  God, He says, 'I counsel you  to buy of Me, gold tried in the fire.'" Revelation 3:18  "The flaming sword (Genesis 3:24) to most has been a complete mystery.  It turns every way to keep the way to the Tree of Life.  I AM, the Spirit of God Who alone exalts the Word of God, Who is our Lord Jesus, can guide me beyond the faming sword...He knows the pitfalls; He knows the lies; He is the Spirit of Truth.  And He can guide you and guide me back into our birthright (the loosing of/receiving our spiritual inheritance/destiny/ministry)...
I now see that this word 'ordinary' means truth.  It is the truth that I am ordinary.  And as I embrace the truth, it makes me free." John 8:32 
The greater my nothingness, the greater the contrast to/showcasing of God's glory.  God will not trust/entrust His glory/power to those who need/want a pat on the back.  God will NOT share His glory (honor/praise/ recognition/acclaim)2nd the quicker/faster and more frequent our obedience to His voice, the louder and more frequent is His communication.  God's plan is for man to recognize and embrace the truth that he/she is ordinary.  Then he/she can observe God as an eyewitness.  He/she can obey God and watch Him do extraordinary feats in their own lives, not wanting/having to steal/covet His fame/glory. John 14:10 KJV   It's the Father that's in Me; He doeth the works.

Chapter 7 Where Champions Are Born  section Crossing Over - the Baptism of Fire  Keith seems to be saying that the spiritual leaders of the final phase of history will be those with the "baptism of fire."  Those who do not receive needed correction and respond with rejection, may fail to avail themselves of both spiritual growth and opportunities.

Chapter 9 How to Keep Your Vision Alive  "How do you get baptized in the FIRE?  By praying in tongues.  Just get flat on your face before God and start praying in tongues.  Pray for several hours.  Ask the Holy Ghost to burn the chaff out of you.  It'll hurt...
The chaff that's in you...Just take authority over it, in Jesus' name.  Say, 'Spirit of _______ , I break your power and I command you - go completely.  Go from me, in Jesus' name.  Lord, I want to be set free from the spirit of _______...Then start praying the in the Holy Ghost...Keep on praying until you get beyond tongues...When the Holy Spirit gets you beyond tongues, He will take you over into the realm of groaning before the Lord.  Then the fire of God will come and burn out of you everything that needs to be burned out."

Chapter 16 7 Spirits Rejoice discusses the 7 fold (spirits/nature/personalities/functions) of the Holy Spirit and the fire of the Holy Spirit that burns out of us every thing that thwarts us in the destiny (mantle) for which we were born.  Pure joy comes in being and doing that for which God designed before the foundation of the earth.

In the Hebrew, Yahochanan (John) said that the One coming after him, Yahshua (Jesus Messiah), would 'immerse' with the 'fire of Ruach HaKodesh'. And as he continued speaking, he said, 'His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He shall thoroughly cleanse His threshing-floor, and gather His wheat into the storehouse, but the chaff He shall burn with unquenchable fire.' This 'fire' that is the Set-apart Spirit indeed burns and consumes the chaff in our lives and causes us to bear the fruit of a righteous life...Verse 15...reads:
But Yahshua answering, said to him, 'Permit it now, for thus it is fitting for us to fill all righteousness.'
Then he permitted Him. Remember, Yahochanan was a Levitical priest, the son Zekaryah, who was murdered. Yahochanan was the rightful Cohen HaGadol (High Priest). Not only was he 'immersing'
Yahshua with the 'immersion of repentance' (even though Yahshua was sinless), he was also immersing Yahshua into His 'priestly office' (as Melek Tzaddik) and thus, they 'fulfilled all righteousness'."
