Step 1 - We recognize that Jesus is God's son, our savior from sin, past/present/future.
Step 2 - We believe, repent of each individual sin, and ask Him to be our Lord.
Step 3 - We say thank you based on God's word in Scripture (by Matthew/Mark/Luke/John) and not on feelings.
Step 4 - We ask God to baptize us with His Holy Spirit, as shown to us in the book of Acts.
Step 5 - We say thank You and praise God out loud continually for the rest of today.

“'Heaven?' they say. 'I thought the devil was thrown out of heaven.' What they don’t realize is this. Throughout the Bible, we are taught there are 3 different areas called heaven: The heaven where God resides. The stellar heavens (what we call 'outer space'). The heavens around this earth (the atmosphere surrounding this planet). This last heaven is where spiritual war takes place. (That’s why Ephesians 2:2 calls Satan the prince of the power of the air.) It is where wicked spirits such as the prince of Persia operate. From there, they attempt to rule the nations to which they’ve been assigned. And rule them they will unless the prayers of God’s people keep them from it. Do you remember what Jesus said in Matthew 18:18? 'Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.' The heaven Jesus was talking about there isn’t the heaven where God resides. Nothing needs to be bound there. He was talking about the battle zone, about the heaven where Satan’s forces are operating. He was telling us we have been given the authority to pull down the strongholds of Satan (2 Corinthians 10:4). He was telling us God has given us power to bind the wicked spirits in heavenly places and to loose the angelic powers of God to work in our behalf. Jesus told Peter in Matthew 16:19, 'I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.' The Greek text of that scripture would literally read, 'I give you the keys of the kingdom. Whatever you declare locked on earth is locked in heaven and whatever you declare unlocked on earth is unlocked in the heavenlies.'
Daniel couldn’t do that. He didn’t have the authority of the Name of Jesus. All he could do was hang on for 21 long, hard days until the angel of God could get through to him. But praise God, you and I, as believers and as children of the Most High God, don’t have to wait 21 days. We don’t even have to wait 21 seconds for the angels to begin their work in our behalf! Philippians 2:9-10 says we have been given a Name which is above every name, and at the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven, in earth and under the earth. That covers it all!
As believers, we have total authority over the powers of Satan. We can take authority over the evil spirits that are trying to destroy this nation. We can take authority over them in the Name of Jesus and pull down their strongholds. It is time we began to realize how important we are to world affairs. Since the day Jesus gave us the Great Commission, the life or death of the world has been in the hands of the Church. We are the ones who have the mighty Name of Jesus and the awesome strength of the gospel to bring life and abundance to every creature. We are the ones whose prayers can change every office of authority in this land."

Our spiritual Dad has died and gone to heaven (as illustrated by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ). He has left a will designating that we are to take over His family kingdom business. When we recognize that we are God's sons and daughters, by spiritual birth, by adoption, then demons take notice and flee when we speak. Additionally diseases, illnesses, death, whatever you SAY flees. Because you are God's representative, His kin, doing/running His business. Our citizenship is both earthly and heavenly. We have powers in both, because what we say is what we get. So beware of every word you speak!
How does this earthly flesh operate differently than those who do not have Jesus as their Lord? God's Holy Spirit indwells this body. It is His clothing/office/headquarters out of which He operates. The Holy Spirit speaks to our spirit. Our spirit speaks to our mind. Our mind speaks to our body. The body obeys. Dad's work gets accomplished - today/now and not later after our bodies are raptured. The mistake has been that Christians are waiting on God to act, while God/Dad is waiting on Christians to act - now.

Use the power and authority He gave us over demons and sicknesses. We claim to be waiting for God to personally rule, but He intended us to take His power and authority to rule. By us neglecting to rule and enforce the Word of God over our circumstances, then we make God to look puny and powerless. He does not look sovereign in those cases. God has made us His deputies and it is up to us to rule for Him...

When you get a revelation of Jesus' dominion you will recognize your own dominion. You will not tolerate natural calamites from overtaking you. You will not put up with sickness and disease. You will drive out evil spirits. You will expect to live a long life. You will not worry over lack. You will resist temptation. You will not let the enemy condemn you for your past sins. This is dominion. Have you been allowing these things in your life? Then take a stand against them.
Someone may say, 'But how do I exercise my dominion?' It is easy! You exercise dominion through your words! That’s right! You reign by speaking the word of God over your situation. Look at how Jesus ruled.
He exercised dominion through words.
He spoke to the winds and waves, 'Quiet! Be still.' The storm obeyed Him. He said to the sick, 'Be healed.' His Word cured them. He used only His word to drive out demons and this shocked the people of His day, 'What is this? A new teaching—and with authority! He even gives orders to evil spirits and they obey him?' (Mark 1:27).
They were not use to seeing exorcists use only their words; they were accustomed to elaborate exorcism rituals. But not Jesus; His Word was sufficient. When it came to death, He did not use mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, but simply spoke, 'I say unto you, get up.' The dead listened. When the people were in need of food, He simply spoke a blessing and His blessing multiplied the loaves and fishes. How did He overcome temptation? Simply by saying to the devil, 'It is written.' His word caused Satan to flee. When He saw a sinner condemned and sick He said, 'Son, your sins are forgiven.'
His words calmed the fears of the sinner. It gave him hope; then he was healed.
I’m showing you how the Lord exercised His dominion. He did it through Words.
The same will have to be true for you. If you want God’s power in your life, then you must be led by the (Holy) Spirit and let the Spirit warm the Word of God in your heart like a baker bakes (warm) bread. When the Word is real (risen/hot) in your heart,
you will be able to boldly confess who you are in Christ, what you can do through Him, and what you have because of Him."

Don't be an Indian giver and take back what you have spoken to the enemy.

NEVER rely on personal feelings or experience or thoughts, but only on God's written Word as your truth. This understanding of your dominion/position in Christ will help/empower/embolden you to act on His Word and help remove you from the position/ mindset of whimpering/cowering/timid/ begging/haggard/victimized/impotent born-again/saved and water + Spirit baptized Christians.

"When I was in Brazil some time ago an angel gave me a revelation of dominion.
What he told me was the Church had been preaching an escapism gospel, which means the Church has been telling everyone that we should get saved and wait for God to rapture us to heaven.

The angel said the Lord did not want to take the Church out of the World. The Lord wants to take over the World. He said that we could only do this through divine love.
What we have had in the past is domination. That is what happens when we try to take dominion without divine love. It is our future destiny to rule over this World. So we need to pray that we would receive a baptism of divine love and compassion, because that’s the only thing that will conquer this world. The love of God. Love for one another, Love and compassion for people.
The Bible says they would know we were of Him (Jesus) because we loved one another. So I feel like this is a direction, this is a goal we are all moving into. We are not there yet. I for one confess I am not there yet. I can say that I love you and I can mean that with all my heart. But because I am working out of a knowledge of Love I have come to understand that I can only give you what I have received myself

I am praying, "God I want to go deeper into this aspect of Love. How can I go deeper? I want the love of God to spring forth in my life so that it will accomplish what God's needs it to do through me."

"I came across an evil force called a dominion which told me it had authority over material items...
It appears that when a declaration is made that something “belongs to me”
there is an evil spiritual connection formed between the individual and the object.
The object may range in size from a small item to a large land mass. Therefore,
if ownership is declared over a piece of property it is, in essence, given over to the enemy (i.e. high place), and an ungodly spiritual connection called a dominion is formed between the individual and the object. Dominions may be related to ley lines and many other spiritual connections, and understanding them may explain why psychics are able to handle physical objects and discern the location of a person by simply be sensing or seeing the lines connected to an evil dominion.
One therapist I was working with had a vision of an evil dominion as a "covering" over the whole earth (one entity). He also saw a globe with lines, as well as what appeared to be power points with eight lines coming from the center point (forming 8 triangles off of the 1 point). It appears these are ley lines.
Another therapist saw 3 sets of ley lines - 1 in the sky, 1 on earth and 1 under the earth. Perhaps Philippians 2:10 is pertinent, 'that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.'"

"We must first exercise the authority given to us by God and give back all to Him that we have that we have given to the enemy. We then ask Him to remove the evil dominion and replace it with a righteous dominion. The idea of devoting an object for service to God appears in Leviticus 27:28 where we learn that whatever is devoted to the Lord, whether man, animal, or property, is considered most holy by God and is therefore not to be sold or redeemed by substituting something else. In Numbers 18:14 and Ezekiel 44:29 we learn that all such objects are to be given to the priests for the support of the religious ceremonies...Reference again, Leviticus 27:28 in which some objects were to be set apart because they were holy, pleasing, and useful to Him; but the objects to be destroyed were considered to be offensive to God and injurious to his work.
...Evil dominions are defeated when, through prayer, we give back to God what we have taken. We ask Him to utterly destroy that which is 'not of Him and to make Holy that which is of Him.' We then ask Him to remove the influences of the evil dominion and reestablish the authority of the righteous dominion. When this is done, we can walk in the authority the Lord has given to us.
