COMMENTARY

Both Benny Hinn and David Herzog share that they have worship and praise music on 24/2007 (continually/sunrise to sunset/all day long), which helps them and their family stay plugged into God.  They recommend that others follow this holy habit.

SCRIPTURE

1st SAMUEL 16:12-16 KJV    The Lord said, "Arise, anoint him, for this is he."  Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers.  The Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward...But, the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him.  Saul's servants said to him, "Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubles you.  Let our lord now command your servants, which are before you, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on a harp. It shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon you, that he shall play (music/hymns) with his hand, and you shall be well."  (Spiritual insight = evil spirit was NOT from God, but allowed by God)
1st SAMUEL 16:22-23 KJV    (King) Saul sent to Jesse (David's dad), saying, "Let David, I pray you, stand before me, for he has found favor in my sight."  It came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took a harp and played (music/hymns) with his hand.  Saul was refreshed and was well, for the evil spirit had departed from him.  
1st SAMUEL 18:10 KJV    It came to pass on the next day that the evil (distressing) spirit from (Satan, but allowed by) God came upon (tormented) Saul; he prophesied in the midst of the house.  David played (a harp) with his hand, as at other times. (To consider.  God does not remove our gifts.  However, there can be false prophecy, for Satan copies God.)

1st CHRONICLES 25:6 NIV    All these men were under the supervision of their fathers for the music of the Lord, with cymbals, lyres and harps, for the ministry at the house of God.

ZEPHANIAH 3:17    The Lord your God in your midst, the Mighty One...will rejoice over you with singing.

REVELATION 5:8    The 4 living creatures and the 24 elders fell down before the Lamb (Jesus), each having a harp, and golden bowls full if incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

David danced before the Lord with all his might. (2nd Samuel 6:14). 
Make yourself dance...Then hold up your hands, walk around, and worship God...and bless the name of Jesus by saying, 'I praise You, Jesus. 
I love You, Lord.  I praise You, Jesus'...After about 3-4 minutes of praising the the Lord, I sing Him a song."
