"I often feel insignificant."  Excellent. 
Our view, our perspective needs to be through God's eye glasses, not ours.  We ARE significant in His eyes. 
Our true significance is always based on His strength in us, not our strength in ourselves. 
We always need to rely on Him 1st & foremost & in that wisdom we begin to act. 
There are numerous stories of missionaries who begin daily in fear and trembling, but are then overtaken by God's anointing/power/strength/wisdom.  Likewise, we in awe/respect/trust need to do the same. 
As we take toddler spiritual steps we build spiritual muscle; daily it takes both time & persistence.
Our spiritual enemies/vultures/predators would have us quit, isolate ourselves & have a pity party - unprotected/alone where they can terrorize/control/victimize us. 
Do NOT be conned by those liars/bullies/jerks/losers/tricksters.
The Lord would have us see ourselves as He sees us. 
Actually, it is a sin for us not perceive ourselves as the Lord does. 
This sin may cause autoimmune diseases, those illnesses where our bodies attack ourselves. 
Antibodies attack us instead of the enemy. 
We will always walk with a limp in our spiritual life until the forgiving & loving thoughts of God toward us live in our heart instead of only in our mind.  When we believe anything contrary to what God believes, then we are believing a lie, most likely a lie/ deception of Satan. 
If our real identity does not agree/line up with what Christ/God says about us in scripture, then it must be discarded/buried with Christ & traded for His truth/thoughts.  1 major stumbling block is our feelings. 
Many of us believe/agree with our feelings.
Real truth is only what God/ Christ says in scripture.  Ask to borrow God's eye glasses.
2nd, many of our thoughts are NOT from us:  1/3 are from Satan.  1/3 are from God.  1/3 are from self.  Always filter each negative thought.  Put it under God's microscope.  If it does not agree with God's heart, then reject it.  Scripture says to capture each thought & to bring each thought into alignment with God, the same way we would take a car in for an alignment; our ride in life will be much smoother. 
2nd Corinthians 10:4-5 - The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds, casting down imaginations & every high thing that exalts itself the knowledge of God & bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. 
3rd, our deeds are not us.  Our sins can be repented of, forgiven, and separated from us. 
Therefore what was done to us or what we did can be separated from us. 
What God forgives, he does not accuse us of.  The accuser is Satan and Satan is a liar. 
Like a sponge, Jesus absorbed all our sins when we confessed them.  When the accuser comes, tell him, "In the name of Jesus, go away."  In all likelihood, Satan missed his chance to repent & is jealous of you who did repent.  This messing around with you may be an attempt at revenge towards God. 
For Satan to waste his time with you, means that you are extremely valuable to God. 
When the enemy comes again, do not succumb; rather laugh.  Know that you are wise to the tactics of the enemy.

Have we asked Jesus Christ for forgiveness?  Lord, please forgive me.  Thank You, Lord.
Have we forgiven God?  Lord I forgive you.
Have we forgiven all those others who (when mentioned) cause us to bristle?  I forgive _____ now.
Have we forgiven ourselves?   Lord, I forgive myself, because You have already forgiven me.
Have we asked Jesus to be our Lord and King?  Lord, please now, today, be my Lord and King.
Have we asked Jesus to baptize us with His Holy Spirit? 
Jesus, I ask You to baptize me now with Your Holy Spirit.  Thank You. 
I believe, I receive, based on Your word in scripture & not based on what I feel or think.
Do we read our Bible?   I will obtain a Bible and read it a lot for the rest of my life.

Scripture admonishes us to be dead to self.  WHY?  It is the self that gets wounded.  It is the self where Satin is often able to get a toe or foothold into our lives.  We do not need to protect self.  That is God's job.  We need to be dead to self & alive to God.  Then we are dead to Satan & his tricks.  Satan basically tricks our 5 senses. 
That is 1 reason why fasting is such a great spiritual tool. So good in fact that even those in the occult use it - against us.  A dead man, that is dead to self (flesh or hurt feelings), cannot say ouch, according to God.

GENESIS 1:26 NKJV    26God said, "Let Us (Trinity/Father/Jesus Christ/Holy Spirit) make man(kind) in (with) Our image (supernatural identity); let them have dominion.

GENESIS 17:7   "I (God) will establish My covenant as an everlasting covenant between Me & you & your (spiritual) descendants after you for (all) generations to come, to be your God & the God of your (spiritual) descendants after you. 
(Spiritual insight: Christ is both a human & a spiritual descendant. 
Those who believe that Jesus is God's son are also spiritual descendants of Abraham & heirs of Abraham's blessings.)
GENESIS 12:3 - "In you (Abraham) all the families of the earth will be blessed."

EXODUS 19:4-5 NIV -  4"I carried you on eagles' wings and brought you to Myself. 
5Now if you obey Me fully & keep My covenant, then out of all nations you will be My treasured possession."
EXODUS 33:12 (KJV) You have said, "I know you by name, & you have also found grace in My sight."

JOSHUA 5:9 NKJV - This day I (God) have rolled away the reproach of (the sins of) Egypt from you.

1st KINGS 19:4 KJV - (Elijah) He went a day's journey into the wilderness, came and sat down under a juniper tree.

(Spiritual insight = the voice is that of Satin, our enemy.)

ROMANS 8:10 - If Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of (God's) righteousness (in you). 
ROMANS 8:14-17 - Those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.  For you did not receive a (evil) spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the (Holy) Spirit of sonship. 
By Him we cry, "Abba, Father." (Holy) Spirit Himself testifies with our (human) spirit that we are God's children.  Now if we are children, then we are heirs - heirs of 'God & co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we hare in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory.
ROMANS 8:33-34 KJV - It is God who justifies.  Who is He (Satan) that condemns? 
It is Christ that died, yes rather, Who is risen again, Who is even at the right hand of God, Who also makes intercession for us.

It is with your mouth that you confess & are saved.

God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.  He chose the lowly things of this world & the despised things, the things that are not, to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before Him. 
It is because of Him (God) that you are in Christ Jesus, Who has become for us wisdom from God, that is, our righteousness, holiness, & redemption.  Therefore, as it is written: "Let him who boasts boast in the Lord."

2nd CORINTHIANS 1:21-22  He Who establishes us with you in Christ & has anointed us is God, Who also has sealed us & given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
2nd CORINTHIANS 3:4-6    Confidence as this is ours  through Christ before God.  Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God.  He made us competent.
2nd CORINTHIANS 3:18 NIV - We, with unveiled faces, all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, Who is the Spirit.
2nd CORINTHIANS 4:16 - Therefore we do not lose heart.  Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day, for our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.  We fix our eyes, not on what is seen, but on what is unseen.

GALATIANS 3:22 - Scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin (& disease), so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given (God's promises) to those who believe.
GALATIANS 3:26-29 - You are sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who are baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 
There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 
If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed & heirs according to the promise.
GALATIANS 4:4-5 KJVer - When the fullness of time was come, God sent forth His Son (made of a woman, made under the law) to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of (as) sons.
GALATIANS 4:6-7 NIV - Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, the Spirit Who calls out, "Abba, Father."  So you are no longer a slave, but a son. 
Since you are a son, God had made you also an heir.

EPHESIANS 1:2-14 Grace & peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.  Praise be to the God & Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.  For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy & blameless in His sight. In love He predestined us to be adopted as His sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure & will - to the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the One He loves. 
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that He lavished on us with all wisdom and under-standing.  He made known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment, to bring all things in heaven & on earth together under one head, even Christ. 
In Him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of Him Who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will, in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of His glory. You also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation.  Having believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, Who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession, to the praise of His glory. 
EPHESIANS 1:8-23 NIV - I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, & His incomparably great power for us who believe.  That power is like the working of His mighty strength which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead & seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule & authority, power, dominion, & every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the 1 to come.  God placed all things under His feet & appointed Him to be head over everything for the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him   Who fills everything in every way.
(Spiritual insight: When we become blood relatives of Jesus/God we have all the spiritual powers of the family business: healing, raising the dead, miracles, etc.)
EPHESIANS 2:19 KJV -
You are no more strangers & foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints & of the household of God. 

PHILIPPIANS 2:5-7 - Let this MIND be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus, Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation.

PHILIPPIANS 3:20-21 KJV - Our citizenship is in heaven, where we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, Who will transform our lowly body, that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.
PHILIPPIANS 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me.

COLOSSIANS 1:12-13,22 - 12Thanks to the Father, Who has qualified you (me) to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. 
13Who rescued us from the authority of the darkness & transferred us to the kingdom of the Son by His love.
22Now He has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death (on the cross) to present you holy in His sight, without blemish and free from accusation - if you continue in your faith.
COLOSSIANS 2:15 TPNT - God disarmed the principalities and the authorities. 
He made them an example, exposing them publicly, when He triumphed over them through Him, Messiah.

HEBREWS 10:1-18 - The (Jewish) law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming - not the realities themselves.  For this reason it can never, by the same (animal) sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship.  If it could, would they not have stopped being offered? 
Worshipers would have been cleansed once for all & would no longer have felt guilty for their sins. 
But those sacrifices are annual reminder of sins, because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.  Therefore, when Christ came into the world, He said, "Sacrifice & offering you did not desire, but a body You prepared for Me; with burnt & sin offerings You were not pleased. 
Then I said, 'Here I am.  It is written about Me in the scroll -I have come to do Your will, O God."  1st He said, "Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings You did not desire, nor were You pleased with them" (although the law required them to be made).  Then Hy that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once, for all.  Day after day every priest stands & performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same (animal) sacrifices, which can never take away sins.  But when this priest (Jesus Christ) had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, He sat down at the right hand of God.  Since that time He waits for His enemies (demons) to be made His footstool (crushed under His feet), because by 1 sacrifice He has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.  The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this.  First He says, "This is the covenant I will make with them after that time," says the Lord.  "I will put My laws in their hearts.  I will write them on their minds."  The He adds, "Their sins & lawless acts I will remember no more." (So let us also not remember in such a way that allows shame and guilt to entrap us & drag us down into depression, suicide, & sin. Let us say no to such negative feelings and thoughts that are now today lies of satin, if we are forgiven.)  Where these have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sin.
HEBREWS 10:22-23    Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He Who promised is faithful.
HEBREWS 10:32-33 - Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you stood your ground in a great contest in the face of suffering.  Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult & persecution.    
HEBREWS 10:35,39 - So do not throw away your confidence.  We are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who believe & are saved. (Let us meditate on what God, not on what satin, tells our minds.  Let us reject all lies.  We are not doomed.  It is satin who is doomed.)

JAMES 5:13-16

1st PETER 2:9 - You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him Who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light. 
Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God. 
Once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

1st JOHN 3:1-2 KJV - 1Behold, what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God. 
2Beloved, NOW are we sons of God & it does not yet appear what we shall be.

1st JOHN 5:4-5 NKJV    4Whatever is born of God (has God's supernatural identity/DNA) overcomes the world. 
This is the (my) victory, that has overcome the world - our (my) faith (in our/my supernatural identity).
5Who is he (/she) who overcomes the world, but he (/she) who believes that Jesus is (our older brother,) the Son of God?  (Spiritual insights: As Jesus was/is, so are we in this world.  I have royalty in my blood.

JUDE 24 - To Him who is able to keep you from falling & to present you before His glorious presence without fault & with great joy.

REVELATION 21:4 KJV    God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.  There shall be no more death, sorrow or crying.  Neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away.
REVELATION 22:4 KJV    His (God's) name shall be in their foreheads.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I bind, cast out & place under the feet of Jesus the spirits of self-hatred & the spirits of self condemnation of all past, present & future generations...
Sometimes doctors, psychiatrists & even family members believe that they are normal & we are not. 
Never mind.  It is what God thinks.  Father knows best is true. 
We need to focus on what God sees & not even on what we see, but what we believe. 
Take God at His word.  Children take time to grow up & so does the soul.  Give yourself & God time to finish the work that needs to be done in us by & with Him.  He is our role model & mentor.  He is our wheelchair, cane or crutch.  Never believe what you see in the mirror.  Believe what is in your heart & in God's heart. 
Memorize the scripture you need to keep you afloat.  Say it all day long, regardless of how you feel.  Never rely on feelings.  They can sabotage you.  If we are in God's family, then we are royalty, regardless if others never notice. 
Doesn't God have a great sense of humor... Thank You God, that You are so wise. 
Thank You God, that we are blood relatives.  Thank You that You are our dad. 
Thank You that You Love me.  Thank You for all Your promises in scripture.  Thank You for the hope we have in Your faithfulness, inch by inch, day by day.  Thank You for Your angels that protect us from danger. 
Thank You for being our friend, when we are lonesome, rejected & scared.  Thank You that I am OK. 
Thank You that I am getting better, daily, because of Your grace, mercy, love & power. 
In fact, thank You for being my doctor, the best one in the universe.

Joyce Meyer, after a fight with her husband, had a spell of self: criticism, condemnation, reproach & put down. 
As she continued this negative self talk, an ominous black cloud began to descend upon & envelop her. 
She recognized the cloud as being her enemy & immediately began to affirm, "I am the righteousness of God,"
over & over again, as the cloud began to retreat & then disappear.

We need to learn that a lot of our negative feelings, if internalized, are or invite negative spirits. 
We need to separate ourselves from them.  Our safety is in speaking the word of God, what He says about us, regardless of what we feel, even regardless of what we think. 
God, help us to disregard our negative feelings that get us into trouble. 
Our mind, emotions, memories are soul.  God is spirit.  Spiritually we are newborns at the moment the Holy Spirit unites with our spirit.  Only by the power of God in us can we realistically defeat negativity. 
We are impotent to overcome the enemy on our own. Why? 
God is a spirit.  Satin is a spirit.  It is a spiritual battle, 1st & foremost, played on the chessboard of life.
Joyce Meyer in her The War for Man's Soul video & editorial in 10/2004 Enjoying Everyday Life magazine reminds us of the following:  Our soul is mind, will & emotions. At the moment our spirit is renewed by God placing His Spirit inside us (the 2 shall become 1), is the moment that our soul becomes alive to Him, but also the moment we BEGIN to grow in Him.  We have spiritual daily growing pains, daily battles between choosing between God's & Satan's will, daily "votes" for or against God or our enemy. 
When we constantly focus on our sins, failures, mistakes, shortcomings, then we neglect to focus on Jesus. 
Instead we are fellowshipping with the enemy and rejecting God's forgiveness. God asked Joyce, "Are you going to keep fellowshipping with your failures and weaknesses or are you going to fellowship with Me?" 
Focusing on our failures and weaknesses make them worse.  Where our attention goes, goes the power. 
This is war.  The One Who wins it is not us, but God.  Let us allow Him to finish the work He has begun in us by concentrating on what He says about us in scripture & not what the enemy says about us in our thoughts. 
Let us read aloud & memorize Romans 6, 7 & 8.

James E Collins, pastor of Eagle Heights, Revere, Massachusetts shares the story of Bill Wilson, a New York Bus Pastor.  (3/6/2005 radio AM 590) Bill's dad took off, never to return.  Then his mom left him on a street corner & never returned.  However, what Satan intended for evil, God used as a blessing.  A man found & parented him. 
He learned to repair buses & is now rescuing children in the ghetto.  NEVER allow another to define who you are.  NEVER allow a disease to define who you are. 
Instead meditate on the Word of God.  Soak in the fatherly love of God.  BELIEVE that you are special to Him. 
The more we experience the Love of God, the more we can trust.  If we are 2/3 full of God then we can function at 2/3 capacity.  Our spiritual engines need to be refueled daily.  No car or person can run on empty.

Satan has a bag of tricks.  Satan used the "bait and switch" tactic on Eve, the first woman in the universe.
However, what we need to look at now is the "I" word = me, myself & I.
When we think or have negative self talk, it is usually like this, "I am no good.  I am shit. 
I wish I had never been born, because it is too painful to live, etc."
If we have told God we are sorry for our sins (regardless of how we now feel about them).
Fact and feelings are not necessarily the same.  Feelings can be lies of our enemy. 
Satan is the one who goes about condemning us around the clock. 
God on the other hand is forgiving & comforting.
If we have asked the invisible Jesus Christ to live in our hearts & be our savior.
If we have asked Jesus to baptize us with His Holy Spirit.
Then the Trinity (God, Son, Holy Spirit) has said YES, YES, YES. 
The Trinity does not allow for a divorce. 
Spiritual laws & government laws are not always the same.
We are His for better or worse.  And He is ours - for ever...
How do I walk out my wellness on a daily basis?
The evil spirit, the devil, sneaks in the back door & contradicts whatever scripture says. 
Not only that, he does it by deceit, giving us thoughts which are his and tricking us into thinking they are ours. 
When we hear in our head thoughts that disagree with scripture, we must respond immediately with scripture. 
For example. When Satin says in our mind, "I am not saved.  I am not good enough.  I am not worthy." 
We are to immediately think/answer back the words of God's scripture:
"None of his sins that he committed shall be mentioned to him." Ezekiel 33:16
"He will  subdue our iniquities.  Thou will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea." Mica 7:19
"Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses." Matthew 8:17
"There is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus."  Romans 8:1
"If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed." John 8:36 
"Their sins & iniquities will I remember no more." Hebrews 10:17
"The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds, casting down imaginations & every high thing that exalts itself the knowledge of God & bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.  2nd Corinthians 10:4-5  "Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusts Thee."  Isaiah 26:3

Listen to Holy Scripture continually on the radio, TV, audio cassettes, CD's.  Sing hymns continually.
Memorize any scripture that is relevant to you personally.  Go to church & Christian or Jewish groups at least once a week.  Find a prayer partner who you can call any day any hour.  Read scripture daily, even if it is 1 paragraph.
Why?  We cannot defend our self against the enemy of our soul if we do not know the word of God. 
The devil is a liar and we will fail to recognize his lies if we do not first know the word of God.
Second, Satin often uses the human flesh, our feelings to trick us.  What we perceive as us is really the enemy. 
He is the author of disease & negative emotions.  If  we feel sick, fearful, or inferior, beware. 
It may not be the medication.  It may not be ourselves.  It may be the enemy.  With all our might, we need to yell out loud or silently in our head, whatever God gives to us to contract Satan's lies & deceptions. 
Satan will take out anyone who will not defend himself.  Get your pastor to pray for you daily. 
Go to mass daily, even if you are Jewish. 
The blood & bread of Christ in communion terrorizes the real enemy, Satan. 
Doctors and relatives are not our real enemies.  It is the invisible enemy, Satan. 
However, let us NOT be afraid, for the Holy Spirit in us is greater than Satan. 
Let us stand up and defend ourselves, like David and Goliath & win.  Satan is all bluff and fakery. 
Let us not be tricked...

Benny Hinn's Fresh Manna CDs www.bennyhinn.org  teach that when we acknowledge Jesus as our savior & lord, He implants, like a tooth, His spirit into us.  That spirit is newborn.  It is a person.  It is alive.  It needs to be fed spiritually.  It needs to grow.  That spirit is housed in a body, our body.  Our body is not a person. 
Our body is a house.  The 3rd thing Hinn teaches is that the soul is the connection between the body & mind. 
The soul houses the mind & intellect. 
However, spiritual insight & spiritual comprehension is NOT in the soul, but in the spirit.

Have we been told that we are the sum total of our experiences, our genes, and perhaps our perceptions? 
That may be true for the human being who has not been regenerated by the Holy Spirit.  
When we asked Jesus to be our personal savior and when we asked Jesus to baptize us with His Spirit, we became an empowered member of God's spiritual family.  We have a dual citizenship.  One on earth & one on heaven.  Some countries allow dual citizenship. 
God allows this, too.  We now have a heavenly passport with our picture, name & heavenly address on it. 
When we pass on from life to death, our spirit is not dead, but just passes on to heaven, with Holy Spirit in us as our heavenly passport.  Holy Spirit is our ticket to heaven, paid for with the blood of Jesus Christ...
Why repeat all this that you already know? 
Because, now that we are a member of God's family and a brother/sister to Jesus, we need to talk in the language of our new citizenship.  Other than tongues, we need to learn to speak 24 hours a day the Word of God (the language, thoughts and heart of God). 
That means we need to saturate our brain cells with the thoughts of God, so we can think like He thinks & say what He says.  We slowly change from a caterpillar into a butterfly, as we are obedient to think & say what scripture says & to disregard what we the human feel & think that contradicts scripture. 
At 1st it is impossible, of course; but the newborn spirit in us, that now belongs to God, will grow inch by inch & day by day as we feed it the word of God.  We must refuse to accept thoughts that contradict God. 
We must reject lies that contradict God's word.  We must refuse to accept everything we see that contradicts God. 
If my mind & my feelings tell me to desire death in order to avoid emotional pain, then immediately I need to reject that idea & that feeling, IN THE NAME OF JESUS, because it contradicts God's thoughts & feelings toward me.
I now have a new reality, a new citizenship.  The longer I learn, speak & think the language of God, the more safe, comfortable, loved & free I will be.  This is NOT a mind game or trick.  God SPOKE the earth into existence. 
What we see is of our earthly citizenship.  What God speaks pertains mainly to our spiritual citizenship, but also to our human existence.  Be encouraged to speak His words.  Speak His heavenly wellness into our earthly brains. 
Let our ears hear God's words.  Let the enemy of our soul hear God's words. 
Let our brain cells hear God's words and be renewed. 
If the enemy comes & says that we are talking like a fool, tell him, "IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I place you under the feet of Jesus."
Romans 8:1 says: There is now NO condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the (Holy) Spirit.
Matthew 8:16 says: He cast out the (evil) spirits with a WORD and healed ALL. 
No psychiatrist, no medicine, just God talk. 
Jesus said that he only spoke what He heard his father speak.  Let us only speak what we read in scripture. 
It is a win, win situation, if we do not faint or quit under the attacks of well intentioned others or of the not well intentioned devil, who says that since he missed out on God's blessings, he does not want us to get them either (& will do everything in his power to snare us).
Matthew 9:4 - Jesus said, "Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts?"  Evil thoughts are any thoughts which disagree with scripture.  Human, from the enemy, from the past, any & all thoughts not of God will harm me. 
See the great urgent need to know scripture, to believe scripture & to speak scripture. 
It will take a life time to think & speak the language of heaven, but the Holy Spirit was sent to be our helper. 
If a thought or feeling comes along and latches onto us, immediately say, "Oh, I recognize you. 
Be gone, IN THE NAME OF JESUS."

Merlin Carothers in his 8/04 Praise News newsletter www.merlincarothers.com says that in addition to physical exercise, we need to exercise controlling what we think. Instead of being in a daze or mental fog, we can say thank you God and praise Him, even if it is for our feet being able to walk.  Merlin encourages us to use our idle time for Him, not in serving Him necessarily, but in our attitudes and thoughts.  Concentrating on aches & problems, sink our soul and increase the pain volume.  Singing raises our joy and wellness.  There are many case studies that prove this medically, because happiness triggers natural chemicals in our bodies boosting our immunity & well-being.  Mary Carothers goes on to say that when thoughts of condemnation come, it is imperative to shoo them away with scripture that contradicts such lies of the devil.  We can always say, "Lying spirit, go away in the name of Jesus."  If we need help we can call on God to send His warring angels to defend us. 
n addition, let us never be afraid to call a close friend, relative or pastor for prayer. 
Jesus says, "Where 2-3 are gathered together, in My name, there am I."

Reinhardt Bonnke says that God habitually elects the rejects, & chooses those put aside by man.

William Marrion Branham's 1st chapter in The Revelation of the 7 Seals comforts us who are less educated, polished, renown, known, self-sufficient.  It shares that God prefers the nobodies to astonish the somebodies.  God prefers secrecy & simplicity to astound the famous & instruct the child.  That way no one can claim the credit which is due only to God.  Those who are the scum of the earth have the best chance with God. 
Moses, due to poor self-image was given his brother as a help mate.  In scripture, many of those used by God needed constant reassurance, due to negative self-worth.  Never, never base your worth on what others, educators, bosses, parents, doctors proclaim is THE truth.  Instead, only base your worth on what God says in scripture.  If in any way, we fall short, then confess.  Then we are covered with the blood of Jesus. 
God cannot see that sin ever again; so we must not remind ourselves or God of something that is already forgiven.  If an enemy reminds us of past sin, then reject that accusation, every single time.  www.branham.org

Another insight.  Suppose we have been assigned to teach a Sunday/Saturday school class or to preach from the pulpit.  We discover after the sermon is delivered that there is a lot of praise, but to our surprise the praise falls short.  Our neediness is too great.  The words have blessed the congregation.  The Lord has blessed His sheep.  The Lord has received His due praise.  What has gone wrong?  Our need to be accepted for who we are is too great.  Our work is excellent, so it seems.  We, however fall short. 
The real problem is how we view ourselves.  We do not perceive ourselves from God's vantage.  We need to borrow God's eye glasses.  If in fact, we are God's children, then we are fully accepted in Christ Jesus.

1st Kings 17:1-6 NKJV 
1Elijah the Tishbite, of the inhabitants of Gilead, said to Ahab,
"As the Lord God of Israel lives, before whom I stand,"
2Then the Word of the Lord came to him (Elijah), saying,
3"Get away from here, turn eastward & hide by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan. 
4It will be that you (Elijah) shall drink from the brook.  I have commanded the ravens to feed you (Elijah) there."  5So he (Elijah) went & did according to the Word of the Lord, for he (Elijah) went & stayed by the Brook Chreith, which flows into the Jordan. 
6The ravens brought him  (Elijah) bread & meat in the morning & bread and meat in the evening. 
He (Elijah) drank from the brook.
(PS - Notice in your  grocery store a bread called Elijah bread.)  
Notice, it is God - not the ravens - who get the credit for ministering to Elijah... 
If there are character defects remaining in us, Oh Lord, please deal with them quickly, but gently. 
Let us be soft like unfired clay, so we can be molded aright, & then ready to withstand the fire of Your Holy Spirit, so that we will not faint or wilt under the school of hard knocks, the tricks of the enemy, or Your holy discipline. 
In Jesus Name we  pray...
In the Garden of Eden there was NO SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS, at least NO sense of embarrassment/shame/neediness/ inadequacy until Satan tricked man into sinning/self sufficiency/disobedience/separation from God. 

Arthur Burt in Wales www.arthurburt.com is one of the best to highlight the need to DIE to SELF & allow Christ to replace that subsequent vacancy in oneself.  Sin allowed something to create a self or at least to damage it &/or create an unholy monster with the sin-nature similar to that of Satan. 
Numerous churches have infant baptism to eradicate this inherited "original sin" nature. 
Most all churches have an adult baptism to wash away this inherited sin (original/actual/nature).
It is the self which gets/allows hurt to the psyche & which one attempts to defend/protect & with which 1 reacts/strikes out in retaliation to punish/hurt others.
It is the part of us that needs/wants a doctor/shrink/psychiatrist and/or psychiatric meds. 
It is the part of us that needs a hug/kiss/comforter.  It is the part of us that may allow addiction to alcohol/drugs/ porn/promiscuity in the search for comfort &/or control of self/others.
When self is dead it cannot be hurt.  We need to allow Jesus Christ to heal all wounds.  We need to respond only to God & never to circumstances.  This is nothing to do with allowing others to walk all over us. 
It does have to do with deep intimacy with Christ & having deep fellowship with His Holy Spirit. 
Saint Paul mentions a lot his dying to self & living to Christ.
Father God, in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, I am looking for a quick fix, but I also recognize that I need time to grow spiritually, intellectually & emotionally.  Come quickly.  Remove my fear, hurts & despair. 
Give me hope, peace, Your wisdom, holy friends, and human help.  Help me to trust those whom You send to me.  I choose to die to self and to live for You according to the daily insight & power You daily provide, 1 day at a time. 
I repent for every single sin of what I have done, namely ______________. 
I repent for every single sin of what I have failed to do, namely ________________. 
I place them under Your blood. 
I repent for every sin in my family committed against You, namely ________________ . 
I forgive all sins committed against me personally, namely _____________ .

Thank You for having the power to rise from that death & for having the same resurrection power now indwell me through Your Holy Spirit to heal my mind, body & spirit, to heal others through my cooperation with You, to have Your strength to resist/reject  temptation + to take my spirit to live with You in heaven when my body dies. Amen.

Solomon describes this in the Proverbs, 'He that has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, & without walls.' (Proverbs 25:28)...
The spiritual war is won or lost in the battlefield of the mind. Until a person recognizes this and begins to take steps to clean up the thought life, all other spiritual activities are futile...Satan has access into the mind of the believer. Now we all know that God can see & examine the thoughts of our heart:.. But, do you realize that the enemy also has a pretty clear insight into what you're thinking? If you doubt that, consider this verse, 'When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and understands it not, then comes the wicked one, and catches away that which was sown in his heart.' (Matthew 13:19a) This passage tells us that Satan has the ability to peer into your mind to see if you understand God's Word when it's sown in your heart. From this we see that the enemy does indeed have the capability to gaze into the depths of your thoughts.
We're also told that Satan can steal truth out of a man's heart when that truth is not fully understood.
If that isn't bad enough, Satan can also inject into your heart his own lies. Consider what Peter said to a believer: But Peter said, 'Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Ghost.' (Acts 5:3a)
Apparently, the enemy has pretty formidable access into one's thought life. As uncomfortable as this may make you feel, it's important that you understand it if you're going to successfully thwart his attacks...
Satan is a spirit & communicates to your mind and spirit in a fashion similar to the Holy Spirit... Resist the devil. There are many believers who submit themselves to God but know very little about what it means to resist the devil. Most are quite helpless in this area because of their scant knowledge of the enemy & his ways. They've been taught that if they just remain faithful to God and serve others, they'll be safe. That's dangerous logic. Most believers are like a young girl who is devoted to her parents but ignorant of boys. Her submission to her parents won't protect her, though, from the young man who knows how to take advantage of her female ignorance. Ignorance of sex is dangerous in a parked car! Ignorance of Satan is dangerous in this evil world.
There's only 1 thing that will cause the enemy to flee: you must PERSONALLY resist him (in Jesus' name).
Your parents can't do it. Your pastor can't do it. Your spouse can't do it. Nor can anyone else. Even God won't intervene for you here. He's given you the authority in His Son to do it for yourself. Until you learn to stand up and fight the enemy of your soul, you'll forever be in bondage. But once you begin to resist the enemy in your life & in the situations you encounter each day, a whole new realm of spiritual power & victory will open up for you."

You must know that by virtue of your new birth, you are no longer a mere being, but a peculiar being in human form. Everybody is free to be plagued by diseases, not you. Everybody is free to be frustrated in their various endeavors except you. The nobles of the earth may have no place to put their seats, not you. 
'I have said, Ye are gods.' 
You must understand in depth how this revelation is to affect your daily lifestyle. Besides, you must put it into practice.  Ye are gods. Know, understand, walk in the reality & work it out.  Be Conscious Of It -
The knowledge of the Holy God, and the consciousness of His nature flowing in your veins, is your staff of office on the earth. Without it, you lose control.  You have the infallible nature of God that determines His own course and destiny, in your heart. You need to awaken your spiritual consciousness, & call off religion.
We have been called to exhibit the transformed life on the earth. It's time to show the devil that Jesus is still alive in us.  For your Pharaohs to submit to you, you must walk in the consciousness of the truth that says, 'Ye are gods.' Satan recognizes who Jesus is; he just does not want believers to recognize that they died, rose and sit WITH Christ in Heaven.  Satan wants Messianic believers to remain toothless.  Like internet thieves, Satan has stolen our inherited Godly identity and we are whispering, "Pretty pretty please, hand it back" & "Don't hurt me in the process, Mr. monster Devil."  Satan has become inflated and God has become deflated, along with ourselves. There are 2 kinds of zeal; 1 that exhausts; 1 that ignites with Holy Ghost fire.  The moment we reduce relationship to a recipe, we lose spontaneity & intimacy.  God's dream was to have a perfect/perfected bride/family/kingdom on earth as in heaven.  Each generation is coming closer to fulfilling His passion originating/birthed/planted in Eden.

His name: Smith Wigglesworth. Books have been written about this wonderful man.
But is this the truth? Are there any wonderful men? Or is there only One who is wonderful…& his name is Jesus. 
Wigglesworth was a working man, a plumber. He left school when he was 8 to go to work pulling turnips. 
When I met him at the railway station, I took his suitcases for him. My friend Jack brought the car. 
But Smith Wigglesworth took one look at the car and said, 'What’s the matter with that thing?
I’m not getting in that!'  Jack was a young man who had done the best he could and
we’d gone to the railway station to meet the great man, who was as ordinary as any other person, & so ordinary, he wouldn’t even get into God’s provision. Jack apologized, 'Well, I’m sorry for the exhaust smell & everything.'
So the big man said, 'Well I’m not getting into that thing.' 
So I suggested, 'Well look, we can get a bus, brother, if you prefer it.'
I began to explain, 'There are 2 buses, both have the same destination on the front, Huthwaite. We don’t want the 101, we need the 106.'  But at that moment, the 101 drove up and Wigglesworth said, 'Huthwaite.'  He stepped on the wrong bus.  Well what can you do when the man of God makes his mistake?  He gets on the wrong bus.
All I could do was get on & pay his fare.  When we got off the bus, we had as far to walk as if we’d never got on it.  That’s all right for ordinary people, but you don’t really expect great men to do things like that.
Or are there any great men? Or do we all make our mistakes? Are we all ordinary?
Well, I slept in the same bedroom with Smith Wigglesworth. He made all the same sort of noises everybody else makes. My wife washed his clothes. Why? Because they were dirty. My friend did his finances.
I don’t know; could he spell?  Could he write?  Could he read?  Could he add?  He left school at 8.
He was a man of the Spirit, but he was certainly NOT what you’d term an educated man.
I believe in later life, his wife, Polly, taught him the rudiments of reading, maybe of writing too. I think of all the hustle & hassles the people make about this so-called 'great man,' yet he was as ordinary as any other man...
He was blessed of God, wonderfully blessed of God in his ordinary-ness.
For a number of years he conducted the Pentecostal Cheatham Street Easter Meetings. Impressive.
It was a regular thing.  Wigglesworth would convene the meetings. In 1 session he said, '
All those who believe God is here, put your hand up.'  They did.  'All those who believe
God is going to move mightily tonight, put 2 hands up.' They did, and God moved mightily. 
But then it became a formula. God isn’t a formula. 'Name it and claim it.  Confess it & possess it.' 
When God says it, it works.  When you turn God into a formula, nothing happens.
Well it became a kind of a formula.
I once saw a man come out for healing and Wigglesworth took his fist & hit him hard in the stomach. 
The man doubled up.  I thought, 'Oh God, if that man needed healing when he came out, he needs it now.'
But what do you do when the big man is in charge?  When the big man says, 'I’m not dealing with the sickness, I’m dealing with the devil.'  Now of course the big man said it so nobody dares to answer. 
Nobody dares to question.  But then, are there any big men?
Or is there a place where all men have feet of clay, where all men at some time trespass?
Is this not why we need the ministry of the Body? Is this not the failure of the one-man show that we live to the big man and dare not say anything because the big man is this BIG MAN. 
We live to him, and we dare not question him.
And so his ordinariness is covered up.  Not many know that Wigglesworth, the healer (although he himself declared, 'God heals, not me!') was plagued with gallstones. 
Jimmy Salter, his son-in-law, often had to help him to meetings near the end of his life when he’d go out with a condition of bleeding. He would go into a meeting & God would heal others whilst he himself was not healed.
His own daughter, Alice, when she came back from Africa, was deaf as the result of fever.
Alice would have a huge ear trumpet, no little thing like you put in your ear today, but a fearsome trumpet that came right out & it was an embarrassment to her father. Sad to say, many of us took the dare & did something that hurt us or shamed us just to prove that we weren’t.
All we really succeeded in proving was that we feared their disapproval so much that we weren’t willing to do what was right.  The truly fearless response would have been to walk away, secure in who we were, earning their respect through character rather than performance...
The Word (of God in scripture) is powerful.  Use it. Jesus countered every temptation of the devil with the Word. Think about it, Jesus was the Word, and everything He said would have been Scripture & more than sufficient to rebuke the devil. Yet He would say, 'It is written' then He quoted God’s Word. If it was important for Jesus to quote the Word, it’s even more important for us to do the same. We must know God’s Word to effectively overcome temptation. That goes back to being prepared; you can’t quote scripture you haven’t learned, & there isn’t any power in what you don’t know or understand...

New names imparted (especially by God, but also by a new husband) indicates who we are in the eyes of those who behold us. A NEW or CHANGED NAME  has spiritual & often legal significance.  Both the Catholic & the Jewish community impart new names during specific sacramental ceremonies + most all religions & civil authorities add the husband's sir name to the wife's during the wedding ceremony.

Self worth or identity is also affected by ADOPTION, whether we are adopted or whether we adopt.  In fact we have heard of stories where there is an "adoption syndrome" seen in Russian infants adopted by Americans where the children do not allow the parents to parent/love/touch them, somewhat like what one would see with an autistic child.

(Isaac was a son both of blood and promise, due to Abraham's faith in God.  The other son was of blood, but out of Sarah's attempts to fix her infertility, and resulted in the birth of the Arab nations, competition & hatred between Jew and Arab to this day.  The birth of Ishmael was God's permissive will & not His choice for the blood line through which Jesus would be born.  Abraham was both the spiritual father & the physical dad to the Jews. 
His claim to fame was NOT in the genetic lineage, but in the spiritual lineage. 
God's kingdom is a spiritual 1, not a Jewish 1. Our adoption is spiritual.  However,
being a Messianic Jew might be God's delight.  Remember, God always looks at the heart. Law always handicaps.)

Galations 4:4-6 KJV - When the fullness of time4 was come, God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the ADOPTION of sons (& daughters). 
Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Ephesians 1:2-7 KJV - Grace be to you & peace from God our Father & from the Lord Jesus Christ. 
Blessed be God & Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has blessed us with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

(He) predestined us to (have the opportunity of) ADOPTION by (receiving) Jesus Christ (as our Messiah), according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace.  He has made us accepted in the beloved, in Whom we have redemption through His blood and the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. (Spiritual insight: When we say yes to Jesus as Messiah, then God says yes to us & becomes our dad.  God gives us a bit of His Holy Spirit as a confirmation of His adoption.  The heavenly relationship begins. 
As we mature spiritually, our self image will blossom.

One's Being Responsible for/Contributing to Another's Problems

Hereditary disease has the potential of attacking descendents. 
Additionally individuals often pass on sexually transmitted diseases to their partners/mates &/or offspring. 
In Genesis we see where Adam & Eve (as parents of not only their own children but of the entire human race) became guilty/responsible for/contributed to the harm of all their descendents by allowing sin/death/disease to enter their own flesh and blood...It is horrific enough to suffer for one's own sins, but worse still to affect/afflict one's children.  Additionally Eve had to suffer the resulting condemnation/accusation of enlisting Adam in her disobedience.  Perhaps God told them about Jesus; perhaps not.  Perhaps they did not receive forgiveness (& reunion with God in heaven) until Christ went to the dead & preached to them just before He rose from the grave.  Luckily we do not have to wait.  We can go to Christ right now, repent and receive forgiveness, peace of mind, plus legal permanent membership in God's spiritual family.  Separation from God will allow Satan to get a foot in the door of our lives.  Quick, drop to your knees & leap into the arms of God.  He is waiting for you...
Remember; as a Christian, it is not our reputation that is at stake; it's the Lord's reputation! 
We do NOT need to protect our human reputation.  Rather, our human container of self-importance needs to be displaced, Lord, with Your Oil/Water/Oil/Spirit/Heart/Will/Importance/Loveliness/Mind/Goals/Plans/Power.
One of our purposes in life is to reveal Christ to this generation.  Christ went about revealing His Father.
The disciples went about revealing the Holy Spirit.
