Throughout this book, but especially chapters 29 Science of Healing and 30 Results of Believing Prayer are sprinkled testimonies presented to the Spokane Better Business Bureau.
Lake shares in chapter 31 The Power of Divine Healing that his co-worker in S Africa prayed for days under a thorn tree for the end to a fever epidemic that had killed a quarter of the population in 1 month  in an area of 350 miles.  That man prayed until he at last needed prayer support.  They witnessed a flock of demons, which his prayer partner cursed back to where they had come from.  Immediately the epidemic stopped.  
In chapter 31 Lake also shares a testimony of a creative miracle of a tubercular limb that was so decayed that the physician could put his finger through the joint.  The healing was so unusual that John Alexander Dowie of Chicago interviewed the woman.
Lake also shares that God healed him (self) from both crippling rheumatism and blindness.

"When you're married, you can get a healing for your husband or wife, because the 2 of you are 1...
The Lord spoke to me (Norvel) and said, 'Mark 11:23 will heal him (the husband) if it was obeyed'...The way to get the Holy Spirit to perform Mark 11:23 is to quote it.  It says, 'You can have what you say'...'Believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.  Mark 11:23.  (Norvel instructed the wife,) 'Sit here and obey it.  Look at your husband straight and say, "My husband will live and not die, in Jesus' name.  My husband will live and not die, in Jesus' name."  Say it strongly all the time...Don't stop saying it, and he will live and not die'...That's what I call attending to God's Word and NOT letting it depart from your eyes. (Proverbs 4:20-22)...WHEN you CONFESS God's Word, it WILL be performed by the Holy Spirit."  Indeed, the husband did recover, to the doctors' surprise.

The International Order of St Luke the Physician periodical Sharing, A Journal of Christian Healing 3/74 issue has a nice testimony titled By My Stripes Ye Are Healed  The author shares that she was asked to donate skin to help correct a young person's face scars and poor self image.  The operation was a success thanks to the donor.  Jesus donated Himself on our behalf.  By His stripes we are healed.

I listened. Heaven was quiet. But I didn’t give up. I pray differently than some people, I guess. If I don’t hear from heaven, I pray until Jesus answers. I listened a while longer. When there was no answer, I began to cry again. I said, 'Lord, I’ll tell you what I’ll do. I’ll make a bargain. Now Jesus, listen to me. I’m going to bargain with you. Jesus. If you will only heal me and make me well inside and outside, I’ll go out and preach every night until I’m 90 years old if that’s what You want. Lord, I’ll do more than that. If You will heal me so I can walk and use my arms and be strong and normal, I’ll give You my whole life. It will no longer belong to Betty Baxter—it will be Yours and Yours alone.'
I listened after I made these vows. This time I was rewarded. I heard the voice of Jesus speaking audibly to me. He spoke these words: 'I am going to heal you completely on August 24th, Sunday afternoon, at 3 o’clock.' A thrill of hope and expectancy swept through my entire body and soul. God told me the day and the hour!"
