My Relative Says He is NOT Mentally Ill/Insane

My relative says that I am the one who is the problem, not him.

My relative has no insight that he is ill.
He will NOT willingly

2    take medications
3    take vitamins
4    eat healthy foods
5    maintain personal hygiene
6    socialize or be in a public place (work, school, church, movies, restaurant, bus)
7    exercise (or even put out the rubbish, for instance)

"Psychosis is the term applied when there is a gross impairment of a patient's own insight into his condition, where all sense of reality is lost...Mostly, such patients are unwilling to suffer any interference because, to them, there is nothing wrong; everyone else is out of step."
"Full blown schizophrenics...have no insight into their condition; at any given moment they believe literally that their behavior is normal."

It takes a village to raise a child.  It also takes a village to work with a mentally ill person.  One individual caretaker alone is not able to cope.  Plug into as may resources as possible including God, because it is He, who in the long run, will show you the path(s) leading to healing.  There is no quick fix unless God performs a fast foods miracle.  God grows up children/people one year at a time.  We need to develop our characters, our backbones, our spiritual relationship with Him.  That usually requires time.  What helps one child/individual may be toxic to another child/person, but usually certain things work with all children, like praise, gentleness, etc.  The same rules usually apply with all situations.  Just, never quit.  Satan would have us give up.  Never do that.  Research the attached web pages for a glimpse of insight into some of many answers to your questions.

INCURABLE problems can be demonic interference/oppression.  Never rule out negative spiritual roots, since the human consists or 3 parts - body, mind/soul + spirit.  First rule out all medical, nutritional, and social negative causes.  Then if the problem looks, smells and behaves like a demon, then in all likelihood it is a demon.  Quite simple.  Alternative Mental Health   DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES

Vogel, Marcel    http://www.vogelcrystals.net/legacy_of_marcel_vogel.htm
"In 1969 Marcel...read an article in Argosy magazine entitled Do Plants Have Emotions? about the work of polygraph expert Cleve Backster into the responsiveness of plants to human interaction...He decided to explore these strange (paranormal) claims.
He was able to duplicate the Backster effect of using plants as transducers for bio-energetic fields that the human mind releases, demonstrating that plants respond to thought.  He used split leaf philodendrons connected to a Wheatstone Bridge that would compare a known resistance to an unknown resistance.  He learned that when he released his breath slowly there was virtually no response from the plant.  When he pulsed his breath through the nostrils, as he held a thought in mind, the plant would respond dramatically.  It was also found that these fields, linked to the action of breath and thought, do not have a significant time domain to them.  The responsiveness of the plants to thought was also the same whether 8 inches away, 8 feet, or 8,000 miles! Based on the results of the experiments the inverse square law does not apply to thought.  This was the beginning of Marcel’s transformation from being a purely rational scientist to becoming a spiritual or mystical (paranormal) scientist.
Basically it was found that plants respond more to the thought of being cut, burned, or torn than to the actual act.  He discovered that if he tore a leaf from one plant a second plant would respond, but only if he was paying attention to it.  The plants seemed to be mirroring his own mental responses.  He concluded that the plants were acting like batteries, storing the energy of his thoughts and intentions.  He said of these experiments: 'I learned that there is energy connected with thought.  Thought can be pulsed and the energy connected with it becomes coherent and has a laser-like power.'
Marcel discovered that the greatest cohering agent is love.  This, of course, set him apart from his fellow scientists.  At a time when many still don’t acknowledge that an observer affects what they are observing, the notion of love was a totally unscientific idea.  Even when cloaked in the garb of a term like resonance it was unacceptable.  To Marcel, love was (and is) a pure force.  Certainly we experience it as an emotion, but this is our experience of something that is beyond emotion.  He likened it to gravity, an attracting and cohering force present at every level of existence.  Without this relationship an important aspect of scientific investigation is missing, preventing us from discovering and exploring the more, perhaps most, subtle aspects of life.
This is one reason why certain (so-called) scientific investigations in the area of subtle energies (psychic/demonic/invisible realities) cannot be readily replicated (authenticated/believed/understood/perceived by others).  It is not always a matter of scientific protocol, but a matter of relationship (sometimes with evil spirits/demons rather than with angels, vivid imaginations, ingested chemicals or poor nutrition *)....
The details of the work with plants can be found in the (paranormal) books The Secret Life of Plants by Peter Tompkins and Christopher Bird
and Psychic Exploration: A Challenge to Science edited by Edgar Mitchell."  (When in DOUBT never go-near/toy-with danger!  Demons NEVER play fair!)"
*Not too long ago people were institutionalized with mental illness due to the lack of vitamin B1 (thiamine) found in the outer coating of cereal grain, green peas, beans, egg yolk and liver. The disease was later diagnosed as Pellagra.  J. I. Rodale's Encyclopedia of Common Diseases, in chapter The Nutritional Approach to Nervous Disorders, states that "Dr. Jolliffe equated the mental symptoms which occur in pellagra (a classical manifestation of thiamin deficiency)  with those of most psychoses.  They include memory defects, disorientation and confusion.  Periods of excitement, depression, mania, delirium and paranoia occur frequently." WARNING SIGNALS - POSSIBLE NEED FOR DELIVERANCE
Characteristics noted below merit a closer look when they are pronounced, persistent or recurrent over a period of time, or progressive - tending to become more, rather than less, extreme...
1. Confused or disordered thinking: loss of touch with reality - delusions (persistence of erroneous convictions in the face of contrary evidence) - hallucinations; disconnected speech.
2. Obsessions: absorption with a subject or idea to the exclusion of others - compulsions - uncontrollable urges.

4. Difficulty in making/keeping friends:
poor social skills - isolation, withdrawal from society - 'loner' life-style.
5. A pattern of failure across-the-board: at school - at work - in sports - in personal relationships.
6. Prolonged or severe depression: suicide threats/attempts.
7. Immaturity: infantile behavior (such as bed-wetting) - over dependence on the mother (excessive clinging as a child - continuing dependence in teens and twenties) - failure to keep pace with peer group.
8. A series of physical ailments which do not run a typical course and/or fail to respond to treatment.
9. Neglect of personal hygiene (disheveled and unsanitary surroundings)
or exaggerated concern for order and for cleanliness.
10. Difficulty adjusting to new people and places.
11. Undue anxiety and worry: phobias - feelings of being persecuted.
12. Too much or too little sleep.
13. Excessive self-centeredness: indifference to other people's feelings, doings, ideas -
lack of sympathy with another's pain or need.
14. Substantial rapid weight - gain or loss.
15. Muted, 'flat' emotions (absence of angry/delighted/sorrowing reactions to stimuli) or inappropriate emotions (sharp, inexplicable mood swings - silliness at serious moments, unpredictable tears).
16. Negative self-image and outlook: "inferiority" complex - feelings of worthlessness.
17. Frequent random changes of plans: inability to stick with a job, a school program, a living arrangement - failure to keep appointments, abide by decisions.
18. Extreme aggressiveness (combativeness, hostility - violence, rage) or exaggerated docility
(lack of normal competitiveness and self-assertion - refusal to confront, avoidance of argument).
19. Risk-taking.
20. Lack of zest and enthusiasm:
listlessness, sadness, mood habitually 'down' -limited or missing sense of humor."

COMMENTARY

For Christians and Jews the bottom line is what their God says in Scripture.  If what one thinks, says, or does contradicts God's Scriptural guidelines, God's mind on the matter of behavior and thought, then either one is immature, uninformed, misguided, malnourished, disobedient, rebellious, retarded, brain damaged, chemically altered, or deceived.  A big laundry list, mostly due to half-truths and outright lies by teachers, mentors, medical and religious establishments, family and so called friends.  If a person is NOT born-again (having a personal relationship with the Trinity) AND baptized with God's Holy Spirit, he/she will still have the placenta over his/her face and not be aware of God's spiritual realities nor have the power to act even if he/she does recognize WHO the enemy is or WHAT the problem is that NO medical doctor can fix, figure out, reverse, or prevent.  To simplify, if it walks, smells, acts, thinks, speaks like an evil spirit, it is a demon at the root of the problem.
Now a demon is not a person.  It is a parasite acting out its own nature in it's host.  Now, if one does not happen to believe in demons or in God, then one has another problem.  No wonder the demon or the problem cannot be fixed.
Even some Holy Ghost filled individuals have growing pains when it comes to deliverance.  Most would prefer praying in seclusion or, as a last resort, consider healing done in the intimacy of a hospital room or pastor's office.  Some in desperation might even concede to attending a public healing service or even stand in a healing line.  Many INCURABLE maladies are (in all likelihood) inherited demons that manifest as cancer, diabetes, insanity, etc throughout the generations.  Demons do NOT want anyone to recognize them, for exposure brings a likelihood of expulsion/eviction.  Besides, the demonic eviction process can be public, lengthy, emotional, and nasty, which neither the family nor demon wants.  It is much emotionally safer for the family to act like an ostrich, hiding its head in a hole, and walking away, abandoning the patient.  If one is willing to fight for his family member we recommend availing oneself of the deliverance publications.  Some include
DELIVERANCE TESTIMONIES  DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES

Many do not recognize that demons can oppress, even Christians/Jews (even rabbis/pastors).  Oppression is NOT possession.  Demons tend to gain strong holds in areas of one's life that have not been sterilized with the light of the Holy Ghost.  Perhaps someone was raped as a child and that incidence lays festering in the subconscious. For all practical purposes, many demons are those invisible weak ropes which tie us to our past,
just like the weak ropes that hold elephants.  They are lies and wrong thoughts/ideas contradicting God's reality, God's Truth, God's medicine.
Let's take a common symptom of psychiatric illness.  The patient may now have gender identity issues he/she did not have before.  Homosexuality/lesbianism/transgender issues used to be labeled as DSM psychiatric symptoms.  Now such have been removed, because gender identity issues are politically and socially accepted, even by some churches in contradiction to God's calling the acting out of any of them a sin.
In fact, one's confessing of immoral actions to a priest/rabbi and receiving communion would solve many a psychiatric problem!  Why is that?
A person is trinity - body, mind AND spirit.  Doctors medicate the body.  Psychiatrists medicate the mind.  Clergy medicate the spirit.  The invisible human spirit is what often affects the other 2 body parts - brain and body.  Witch doctors, medicine men, native tribesmen all recognize that there are both human and evil spirits.  The self important over educated elites (in large part) ignore human spirits, evil spirits and even God's Holy Spirit.  Man insists he/she be in control, so man erases the invisible from his world view, or so he attempts to do so, by redefining his own reality.
So who in fact is out of touch with reality?  The psychiatric patient who sees and hears God or evil spirits?  The doctor who denies the spirit world?  Do NOT be so quick to judge or to condemn?  Be quick to rescue your family member, at any cost to your time, reputation or wallet!
